Google Apps integration - gmail, google contacts and google calendar
Gmail - save emails from gmail into Maximizer, sync emails between the 2 (send/receiving from one will show up in the other)
Google Contacts - sync contacts between Maximizer and Google Contacts
Google Calendar - sync appointments between Maximizer and Google Calendar
Gmail Integration for Web Access has been implemented as an Open Source project. This project is available for download through our Developer Connect website. Go there to see more details.
I have split off the Google Contacts and Google Calendar into two other features. If you feel they are important, please add your votes there:

I could not find said open source project. Most users would never even find the developer connect website.
I am struggling trying to get the zapp working. Seriously, it is so important to have contacts in the google contacts, so if I am driving around to a client i can get the address or call them if i am late. The mobile maximizer app isn't useful for that for a variety of reasons - mainly reliability. the mobile app often won't connect or won't work without data working well, so I am screwed to just look up an address.

There is also a Maximizer Zapier app that allows you to save emails from Gmail to Maximizer contact as notes. More integration with Gmail and Google Calendar have been planned for Maximizer CRM 2018 release.

Is there any further action on Gmail integration? We need to be able to save emails easily and quickly to Address Book, Cases and Opportunities.

The project appears to have been removed from the developer connect site.

I feel the contacts is the most important feature. It allows Maximizer to sync contacts into the native mobile Android platforms. Making it very powerful. Is this project available for download?

We are a Max 11 customer and strictly send all our email out of Maximizer. We are migrating to Google Apps. Will we have a problem sending mail out of Maximizer when we stop using Outlook and move to Google Apps?

We have implemented an integration for Gmail.
As part of the Beta program for the next release (i.e. Summer 2013), this project is released to the Partner Community as an open source project.

I have Max 11 Entrepreneur and am about to upgrade to 12. At present if I send an email from Max I can't go into Outlook and move the email from my sent file into a client file in outlook. My outlook is synched to google apps which I think is the problem. I contract for a company that uses google apps. More integration between Maximizer and google would be great.

At the moment, we are exploring technical details of gmail integration. Once we have a more concrete plan, we will let everyone know here.

Hello Joseph, I cannot understand if the integration between Google Apps and Maximizer is still active. I'm a customer of Google Apps for Business
Thanks

The most important feature for me is Google Calendar synchronization. I hope that you are working on that as well.

We are reviewing this request, and would like your input:
1. Gmail integration seems to be the most important integration of all 3 items mentioned. This integration would be about save contacts and saving emails into Maximizer. Do you agree that this is most important.
2. Based on our research, the integration capability of gmail is only available to customers of Google Apps for Business. The integration will not work with public gmail users. So, this will automatically limit the # of customers who can use this feature. To get a Google Apps, you will first need a domain name, and you will have to pay them at least $5/user/month. For those that asked for this feature, how many of you are Google Apps users right now? And, if you do not have a Google Apps account today, do you mind to pay Google the monthly fee for such account?
Thanks,
Joseph -

This would be great, right now we sync from Google to Outlook and we are an Google Apps customer so we still have the capability. We tried syncing from Google to Outlook and then Outlook to Maximizer and back again, but duplicated all of our calendar events and tasks. It would be great to cut out the middle man.
Sync direct with Google and improve your email and calendar client and we can use Maximizer exclusively!
Oh yeah and don't forget to sync Google Tasks with the Hotlist. Please.

google just cancelled outlook calander sync. There is now no way to sync maximizer with google. I must say I'm totally unimpressed with maximizer.
It is very very poor email system and will not easily intergrate with any programs. -

Yes, please sync with Google Calendar. Right now, I have to sync with Outlook, which I installed for this express purpose. And then I got another program which syncs Outlook to Google.
Now that you are on the cloud, there is no reason not to do this -
