recurring tasks
Request from a client to have the option to create recurring tasks. Soem client's you need to call on a montly basis = this way you only need to schedule 1 task for all "Monday's" for the next year.

This seems to be an issue for a lot of people, Maximizer can you advise if there is a reason "why" you haven't added this feature?

How can recurring tasks not be supported? This is a must have.

I was astonished to just learn today that this feature does not exist in Maximizer. This is a CORE feature of any contact management software. Tickler calls have been around since the phone was invented..... Might want to pay attention to the feature that's been requested for the past seven years folks.

Thank you for keep pushing for this feature. It is in our roadmap for consideration. There are some other feature requests related to tasks such as assign more than one user to a task. We need to consider all the requests and design the backend before we can work on the UI to support this feature.

This request should be well past the "Under Review" status from 2017. Why are recurring tasks still not possible? Seems like a very simple ask and something I rely on all the time.

Very much needed! I am shocked that it was not on there and it is literally creating hours of work for our team!

Still praying for recurring tasks on Maximizer! Seems like a super basic function all CRMs should have at this point. Setting everything manually leaves too much room for error and takes up way more time. Fingers crossed we finally see this on the next release!

We still want recurring tasks.

Come to think of it, even calendar recurring appointments wouldn't help me as I have many things that are done quarterly and there's no option in the calendar appointments to even setup quarterly recurring events. I'm stunned.

I just became a user/subscriber of Maximizer CRM Live and I was shocked to see that there is no way to setup recurring tasks - seems like such a basic CRM feature. Sure, there is a work around to setup an appointment but I don't want to litter my calendar with appointments that are actually tasks.
Please tell me this is in the works well before October 2018.

I agree with the principle request. There is a partial solution to this for now, by using Action Plans. You would pre-generate a set of Customer Visit schedules, such as:
Key Customer, 1 per month
General Account, 1 per Quarter
Warm Prospect, Call Monthly/Visit twice per year
etc.You can then schedule each of these pre-made "Plans" against one or more accounts, en-masse.

I cannot understand why this feature is not just standard across a CRM of this level. Without this feature we cannot consider using Maximiser. Using the recurring Calendar feature just does not do the job needed. Thanks

Improve the Hotlist module and task dialog is in the roadmap for 2019 release (Oct 2018). We will certainly consider this feature.

Could do with quarterly, 6 monthly etc options

Can be achieved by the following:
Add Appointment > Recurring>Frequency (wide choice of options)
Plenty of room to add relevant notes etc. to the Appointment -

As I use this feature frequently in Outlook I'd like to see this in Maximizer

I would like ti see re occurring dates enhanced to not just weekly, but also monthly and annually. annually for events like anniverseries, annually re-occurring events etc

Looking at this again I think you can achieve this by using Appointments and selecting the "Recurring" tab. There is plenty of room for notes and selection of resources etc. etc.and it will thn be entered in your calendar with an alram is you so wish.

I can't believe that this hasn't been done already.
