  1. In CRM Live can the option to add Hotlist be made available for Activities

    In Activities when I click on the + button to add a Tab I do not see Hotlist available so that I can add it as a Tab. Can this be added?

  2. In CRM Live Hotlists can the uncompleted list show up instead of all the hot list tasks

    In CRM Live can we just see the list of uncompleted tasks rather then all hot list tasks?

  3. Remove or disable the Notify Other Users option in Calendar Appointment

    When creating an appointment in Calendar can the Notify Other Users option be disabled or removed. By default it is always checked. Can this be disabled?

  4. Remove the Spell Check when entering a client's name in the add appointment section

    When creating an appointment in the Calendar and I enter a person's name in the Subject and hit "Enter" I get a spell check. Is it possible to have this feature removed? I would rather do a search for the customer rather then be prompted for Spell Check.

  5. In CRM Live can you extend the time so that the program does not log out as often

    Is it possible to have the time period be longer than it currently set to? I find that the system logs out rather quickly and would like to be in CRM Live longer before I get logged off.

  7. Ability to view all notes in Opportunities and Address book Windows

    In the Entrepreneur Opportunities Window I found it useful to be able to view existing Address Book notes. I think it would also be good to be able to see Opportunities Notes in the Address Book window

  8. Option to convert Company record to Individual.

    On desktop version you could to this by editing the Company details. On edit screen, there was a checkbox at the bottom of the Basic Information, uncheck "save entry as company", add name and it would save as Individual.

  9. Reminders

    Have an option to "resolve" a reminder when they pop up at the beginning and the end of everyday. Not just an "alarm off" button.

  10. Patch Updates

    Had a huge issue with coordinating updates with the server and the work stations. As soon as I installed the update on the server. People were unable to access CRM. While deploying the updates for almost 20 users (which took about 2 days to complete), the users already with the update were unable to open their CRM. I suggested either automatic updates when the server is upgraded or the users are able to authorize live updates without having to manually install them.   11. MASTER User in Maximizer CRM Live should have same properties as in Maximizer CRM on-premise

    In Maximizer CRM on-premise, the MASTER user only counts as a user when logged in. If all licenses are used up and someone wants to log in as MASTER, a user has to log out so that MASTER can log in.

    Maximizer CRM Live does not work the same way: all enabled users count. This means that we either have to give some users too many rights and the users have to go through an extremely convoluted process in order to enable MASTER and delete records:


    • log in as a user with the Admin role

    • disable that user

    • enable MASTER

    For numbers and dashboards we should allow for the ability to add commas, decimal places, and, ideally, $ signs.

  13. Re-tasking multiple contacts in the hotlist in one action.

    We are able to email multiple people from our hotlist. Why can’t we re-task the same list in one action for future follow-up?
    Re-tasking one at a time when you are doing 50 -100 per day is rather annoying and a waste of time.

  14. Control batch size for campaign in Maximizer Live

    We are sending out large email campaigns to 5000+ recipients using our own SMTP server. The ISP who controls this SMTP server allows only 1000 emails per hour and I'd like a way to control this using Maximizer Live. (I know the feature exists in the premises CRM).

  16. Future "hot list" entries

    There seems to be no way of checking on the new version if you have future "hot list" entries against a customer or contact.

  17. Global field move tool

    With the lack of back-end access to a Cloud database admins and users need greated ability to manipulate the data in their database. A common need when cleaning up content is to be able to mass-merge/mover UDFs across all records in a database. This would inlcude, for all/selected records:

    Alpha field -> Alpha field
    Alpha field -> Table field
    Alpha field -> Date field (with validation)
    Table field A -> Table Field B (merge all Items OR rename duplicate Items)

    In a way some of this is not part of the formula fields, so maybe a way to have a…

  18. Catalogued Graphs not retaining formatting

    Customers are expressing interest in using some of the more complex graph types for catalogued searches/graphs. However they can't do this because although the catalogue graph is correctly generated and saved, every time they retrieve that graph, it will revert back to the simplest possible graph of that type (for example, a pie chart type 5 will revert to type 1, bar chart type 3 will revert to type 1 etc.) - at present the only way to correct this is to right click on the incorrect graph, go to wizard, and reselect the graph type from the list, however…

  19. Ability to email from Microsft Word after merging the fields in the template

    Currently the only optional is to send the document to the printer. It will be nice to have ability to directly email the document to the merged addressbook entry.

  20. Ability to bulk view/edit Default Entries

    In the same way as you can work on default entries on the Desktop Edition admins need a way to check and alter these for all users via Web Access interface(s).
