Do the least you can do for contact export to gmail
Please do the least you can do to support those of us who use gmail to get contacts into gmail.
Maybe a document on how to do it manually with an export and import with all the steps and how to deal with updates.
Maybe just a "create vcard from contact" feature which we can send to ourselves with a button click and add to our gmail address book?

When a company is surpassed a certain time period, does Maximizer have a rule set up where we can automatedly transition that company from o
For our business model, a company and its contacts are with an account manager for a 2-year period then it gets switched over to an in-house manager. I would like to see a rule where it automates this transition.

Set preferred email address
Currently, if a preferred email address is not in the top field, I copy/paste to show this. Can you let us pin the best option the way phone numbers & Addresses can be assigned to use for entry?

I am complaining about bugs and new features which are terrible and taking away old features which was great
the new maximizer software rolled out in june 2022 is terrible, there are bugs: search function and changes to features which are terrible (elimination of notes as the center of the contacts data. taking away feature of typing the contacts name in the address field to get me to it without going to search.. )
you guys are adding new features which is stupid (eg interactions tab), taking away features such as search right on the contact addr which is unbelievably stupid.
i would FIRE all of technology developers who tried to fix what is not broken in the attempt…

Address book - auto search discontinued in April 21, 2021 upgrade. WHY?
Removing this feature makes navigating in address book very cumbersome. Our entire office is not impressed with this change. Is there a way to change this back immediately to the great feature of auto typing to bring up the next client? Our entire office is not happy with this change.

Ability to reassign a Task from one Contact to another
Contacts often change within an organisation & it use to be possible to reassign a Task from one Contact to another in such circumstances, but this disappeared at some point making the use of the Hotlist more difficult. Can this ability please be reinstated

update "Favorite reports" to dynamic reporting from static
Currently the favorite reports are static. by this I mean when you run the report under search and save it in favorites it is a snap short of that current condition and does not account for any changes or additions.
As a simple example, if you have acitve and non active clients and you create a favourits report to only show active clients then each time you add a new client or you have a client move on you need to re run these reports from scratch and then save them again. This also applies when you are correcting data…

Allow individuals to change the default "read and full access" within the "add a note" feature
For Advisors and Assistants (or anyone who works with a team), allow the default "read access" and "full access" to be changed. Our team wishes to have team access when they "add a note" to a contact. Otherwise no one else can see it

Leads - Do Not Create Opportunity option
When using the Leads module you can Convert the entry to an Address Book entry.
When doing so you are presented the option to create an Opportunity at the same time. There is also the check box available for 'Do Not Create Opportunity'.
However, there is no option to enable this checkbox by default. This would be useful if you are a business that either doesn't use the Opportunity module, or creates Opportunities manually at a later time.

Being able to add a contact to multiple businesses
If you could select multiple businesses to add/update the same contact person at the same time instead of 1 at a time, would save a LOT of time.

Notes Associated Entry - ability to update or move the note from one record to another
It would be great if we could either update the name in the Associated Entry column in Notes or be able to move it - sometimes things get placed in the wrong area or under the wrong name - it is extremely time consuming and tedious to have to move each one by re-entering all that info!

More ways to contact clients - telegram, whatsapp, etc.
For each phone number, i can configure a number of services - phone, telegram chat, telegram call, whatsapp call, etc.
System wide, i select which services we use with clients, and an associated icon and URL scheme. You would prepolulate with telegram, whats app, skype, the rest are up to us.
On the contact details tab, instead of just a phone icon, which uses the tel: URL shcheme, there are also iconds for skype, telegram, whatever else I set up.
Further, for services not using phone numbers for addressing, they can be listed as "Communications" rather than "PHone" but show…

Make the Leads section useful.
While I like Maximizer to a great extent, but the “Leads” section is awful with it leaning heavily to being borderline useless (to put it politely). There is no description field so you cannot list what the heck you are chasing (much less give you team a clue as to why the heck it is even on there) and there is no way to attach a email/document to the lead and/or add a note.
Also, 90% of our leads come from a contact our address book and I find it odd that you can assign an Opportunity to a contact…

Standard procedures.
Address book entry can just be the start of a procedure to add a new customer. There might be visits to arrange, emails to be sent, opportunity's to create, letters to be mailed etc.
All of which could appear on a check list to ensure fullness of data.
Some tasks may need to be carried out later than the initial entry, But NOT time and date stamped to reflect the reality of administration.
A pull down list of customisable "Active procedures" would enable anyone to cover in a colleague's absence and ensure that correct company procedure was followed.

Provide the ability to link a Suburb to a Zip Code
When adding a new AB entry, be able to have Max prompt the 1 or perhaps 2 Zip codes that are available to match the City/Town field. Eg, here in Perth WA, Perth city has a zip/post code of 6000, a neighbouring suburb Burswood is 6012 etc, so we'd need to be able to maintain a table of these, which would need an import facility as the list is available from our postal service

account status
Being able to change the UDF on Accounts - Status. The current options for Status is not applicable to my business. I would like to add Lapsed. Denied. Client Not Proceeding With. Completed. The current options of Abandoned. Lost. Managed Account. Do not apply to my business.

Conditional mandatory on system fields
We are able to create conditional mandatory fields on UDFs. What about system fields like First Name, Last Name and Email Address? All three are required for Sync with MailChimp = Yes.
Example - I want to force First, Last and Email to be mandatory if Sync with MailChimp = Yes.
