    I was wondering if you have tried the Custom tab that can be found in Address Book module. It allows you to view the company and all its contacts, as well as the notes, documents and activities in the widgets. You can customize the layout of the widgets.

    The limitation will be increased to 9K (9216 characters) in the upcoming 2019 R5 release which has been scheduled to be released in November this year.

    Thanks for the suggestion. This is similar to the request of the cascading lists. When you select a country, only the states or provinces of that country will be displayed in the State/Province field. When you select a city, only the postal codes of that city will be displayed. Setting up and maintain the relationship can be complicated.

    Thanks for the feedback Jon. I think the same scenario can be applied to customer service cases as well. For example, the account manager would like to be notified when a case has been created for one of my key accounts.

    We are looking into creating a new dashboard in 2017 release, with new interface and more functions. This request will be considered when we design the new dashboard.

    With the release of Maximizer CRM v2017 in October ’16 we introduced a featured call “Last Contact Date”, which essentially keeps track of the number of days since an address book entry was contacted. The definition of contacted can be customized to include phone call, email, note entry, calendar, etc.

    For the recurring task requirement, we will review that for upcoming improvements to our Hotlist module.

    Improve the Hotlist module and task dialog is in the roadmap for 2019 release (Oct 2018). We will certainly consider this feature.

    You can change Default Key Fields through label customization in on-premise environment.

    The workaround is to let the account managers to create quick email campaigns using the email compose dialog. We are planning to update the Campaigns module in 2018 R2 release. We will discuss this request when we work on the new interface for campaigns.

    We will consider this feature in future release. Should this be considered for single selection drop-down list only? How about a list that allows multiple selection (e.g. a table user-defined field)? The UI design can be challenging to setup the relationship for all the lists.

    Can you provide a use case scenario about how you would like to send an email to an alternate email address? Note that in the Details tab for an Address Book entry, you can send email to an alternate email by clicking the email address.

    In stead of highlight the Address Book entries, how about display a symbol in the Customer Service following tab to indicate there are open cases?

    We are aware of this issue. To make the coloring rule more useful, searching in a range is essential. We will certainly looking into this in future release.

    We are currently working on some prototypes to explore the designs for customizing the workspace layout. We are also considering how to support working with multiple monitors.

    Yo can add email signature into Mobile Access if you turn on "Add AutoSignature to the end of outgoing messages" in the Web Access Preferences > Email tab. There is a limitation of this feature. The signature is displayed in plain text. Therefore, the format will be lost.

    The Make a Call function is already in the Details tab. You can click on the big icon besides the section title for Phone Numbers. Do you think it should also be available in the Actions section?
