    I was wondering if you have tried the Custom tab that can be found in Address Book module. It allows you to view the company and all its contacts, as well as the notes, documents and activities in the widgets. You can customize the layout of the widgets.

    Thanks for the suggestion. This is similar to the request of the cascading lists. When you select a country, only the states or provinces of that country will be displayed in the State/Province field. When you select a city, only the postal codes of that city will be displayed. Setting up and maintain the relationship can be complicated.

    Thanks for the feedback Jon. I think the same scenario can be applied to customer service cases as well. For example, the account manager would like to be notified when a case has been created for one of my key accounts.

    You can change Default Key Fields through label customization in on-premise environment.

    Product catalog feature related to the quotation solution has been scheduled for Maximizer CRM 2018 release. In the short term, we are exploring using Excel 365 to support simple quotation. Product line items will be built into Excel file.

    We will consider this feature in future release. Should this be considered for single selection drop-down list only? How about a list that allows multiple selection (e.g. a table user-defined field)? The UI design can be challenging to setup the relationship for all the lists.

    We have been discussing the recycle bin idea which is similar to this suggestion. The idea is that when a contact is deleted, set the full access and read access rights to a special user (e.g. the administrator). The contact won't be visible to other users. The administrator can delete the contact permanently.

    Can you provide a use case scenario about how you would like to send an email to an alternate email address? Note that in the Details tab for an Address Book entry, you can send email to an alternate email by clicking the email address.

    Integration is always our focus in Maximizer. We have planned to work on more intergration features including integration with phone, instant messaging and SMS in 2018 time frame.

    Over recent releases we have been implementing improvements to handling of column setups and how these are managed within the various list views – row height and width etc.

    We will continue to introduce UI and UX improvements going forward to make the solution even easier to work with.

    We have already started to design a new interface for creating column setup. It won't be available in the upcoming 2017 release. We are planning to include it in 2017 R2 release.

    This is probably not possible to do in web. But we will continue doing research on how to make this process easier.
