Moving forward, this should be done through API.

Work on mobile access is no longer a part of our strategy. allowing for column setups to be displayed in the mobile app is not not available at this time.
Within the app, we do allow for you to select up 5 additional fields to be displayed within the lists of the main modules

We are committed to making Maximizer work for both public cloud (CRM LIve) and private cloud (on premise). The only way to make that work is through API’s. We use the API’s ourselves so will continue to evolve them. Please use the dev.connect forum to ask any questions about the API’s if you need more insights to help do the work that you need to do

Work on mobile access is no longer a part of our strategy. Prompt for value searches will not be supported within the mobile app at this time
An error occurred while saving the comment Jenny Carey commentedI agree Richard. As the Web Access currently only supports Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox (both of which are not available on iPads or smartphones) the Mobile Access needs to have the same functionality as the Web Access (or at least basic functionality like this should work!)
Alternatively, make Web Access work on Chrome (http://suggestions.maximizer.com/forums/123601-feature-suggestions-for-maximizer-crm/suggestions/2873589-google-chrome-support) and Safari (http://suggestions.maximizer.com/forums/123601-feature-suggestions-for-maximizer-crm/suggestions/2603197-browser-support) so that smartphone and tablet users can use the Web Access instead if they need functionality that doesn't exist in Mobile Access.
An error occurred while saving the comment Jenny Carey commentedPlease add this vital functionality to the Mobile Access in the next release, as several of our customers use Catalog Searches with Prompt for Values, and need this to work in the Mobile Access as well as Windows and Web. Thanks
An error occurred while saving the comment Jenny Carey commentedJust to keep everyone updated, Search Catalogs with "Prompt for Values" still don't work in the Web or Mobile Access in the "Winter 2012" release.
Jenny Carey supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Jenny Carey commentedIt appears that Search Catalogs with "Prompt for Values" don't work in the Web Access either, which is even more surprising?!

Hi Kelly, have you checked your Locale and Time Zone settings in your Preferences? This is found on the top right hand corner of Maximizer Web Access, under the person icon if you're on the 2016 version. Kind regards, Jenny
