We have a client who would like the ability to make the product/services field single select to prevent users selecting more than one product on an opportunity or customer service case.

Audit the deletion of appointments and tasks
When Outlook Integration is used, there are instances where Maximizer appointments are discovered missing, both from Outlook and Maximizer calendars. There is currently no method of detecting when an appointment was deleted or who/what caused the deletion. Since the Audit Log tracks deletions, request from the customer states that Auditing should track deletion of appointments as well. The new Maximizer Connect may mitigate "unknown" appointment deletions but tracking them is still requested.

Excel import restriction by module
I need to give access to certain users to excel export their opportunity or service case, but want to restrict address book download. I need to have a track on user level data export to excel.

VOIP Ring Central. so you can call from in max and record. had it before now gone
So you can call from in max "Make a call" and record results. Had it before now gone. all the key features are there. Just can not call from in max. Used to have screen pop up with caller. Gone to eh!

Allow more than 5000 characters in notes
The character limit of 5,000 when entering a note for a client is far too low!! I'm constantly running up against this limit and having to make other arrangement (e.g. save separate document in files, split the note into two separate notes.
This is very frustrating as it makes following a set of notes much more complicated. This problem can be alleviated by increasing the limit to 20,000 characters or more or no limit at all!

Increase the granularity of Security Setup
Today, we discovered that the ability to opt-in email types is tied to the "Modify System Tables" privilege. This privilege also give the user a number of other rights such as the ability to delete contacts - which we don't want to do. At the moment, I would be happy to have this one piece changed but ultimately, I think it would make sense to have a look at security as a whole in terms of what improvements could be made. Improved readability of dates
I run a camping booking system on Maximizer. It would be great to be able after keying in the booking days to search and/or read off arrival days for my customers by the day (text) and not by a numeric.

Globel edit Managed/Won accounts from in progress
When we have blocks of busness transferred to our firm all the accounts come in as in progress, we used to have the ability to global edit those and change to Managed accounts or Won - that option has been taken away. I would like that to be brought back. This also happened when we transferred from Act database to Maximizer i am sill going through my accounts that state in progress to individually change them to Managed. It is a lot of work.

Liv Pure Weight Loss Tablets
Sigh? Posolutely, it's fouled up although that column dealt with Fat Burner. You have to do this manually. Last of all, I have noticed over the last year a Weight Loss Gummies that performs an affectation for a Weight Loss Gummies. This should answer your questions on why you want Fat Burner if this stuck to small baby steps. Fat Burner is not treated fairly. Of course, you will get what you paid for. There are many arrangements to skin a cat.

Partner Portal: access to Customer Services cases
It would be nice to be able to access the CS cases from the client's record without going to the "CS module".

Including the phone number in the consolidated timeline report.
The consolidated timeline report does not have a column with phone numbers, the previous version did. If one forgets to add a phone number when building a new prospect, this venue would be a great source, Also, when auditing performance, having the phone number accessible would eliminate having to find the prospect in another window.

Lets talk about improving service!!!!
I've had many issues with Maximizer CRM 11. Currently I'm not able to open the software, very difficult to have a productive work day, when I cannot contact clients.........The tech department does not allow one to talk to a person!!!!! Maximizer does not respond to emails..... the sales representative that sold me the product will not return calls.......
