Clear partial packets on remote sites when packet transport is incomplete
At times our remote users have a disrupted MaxExchange process while the packets are uncompressing. We want the system to automatically clear these uncompressed packets to allow processing to proceed, or at leat to prompt for deletion (which will have the same result). At it stands, these packets hold up processing until they are deleted.

MailChimp - allow 'Unsubscribe' to synchronize with Maximizer
If a user unsubscribes in MailChimp then they are removed from synchronization, but there is no way to tell in Maximizer if that user unsubscribed.
This could be a problem with GDPR now in place.
E.g. A marketing agency uses MailChimp but the sales team email from within Maximizer. If a user unsubscribes then they may still receive mail from the sales team that isn't wanted.
Please add a feature to allow the 'Unsubscribe' in MailChimp to synchronize with Maximizer.

Adding items to a table field in Edit Mode
When in edit mode, I don't have the ability to add an item in a table field. This is important when gathering new information from a customer. When I'm on the phone with a customer it is important to be efficient with their time and my time.

Find free time missing from hotlist tasks
In windows access we had a Find Time control in the create hotlist dialog. This is missing from web access. We need it back.

Change Default for Yes/No UDF
At present if a Yes/No UDF is mandatory, when creating a new company/contact the system will automatically allocate No as the default without prompting the user for an answer. Could this UDF always prompt for an answer if it is made mandatory.

An integration module for 3CX (Unified Communications)

Webforms should have option to bring entries in as Leads
Instead of only being able to add new address book records, the webforms should be updated to have the option to create Leads.

Right client on converted lead, to view entry in address book or opportunity module from Leads Module
When viewing converted leads, a quick way to find them in address book or opportunity module would be to have the ability to right click and view in either module. Example below is a right click from the opportunity module into the address book.

Created Date and Modified Dates to be available for Key Field selections
We would like to be able to add Created Date and Modified Date to the Key Fields for Accounts and Opportunities and these are only available to use in the column searches

Import interactions
We would like the ability to import interactions and notes, and specify categories, date, time, owner and text. The current note import supports just the text field.

calendar
Holiday Editor. I use to be able to edit holidays on the calendar. I can't do this anymore - plus... the old ones I added years ago cannot be removed! Please can we have the Holiday Editor back.

Default entry management in web access
In the new web access default entry management under settings there are two problems:
There is no way to access a users default note or default document for any module. This is also removed from win access on on-premise admin.
In MaxLive we are not able to global edit default entries, which works on on-premise.

Multiple partner email addresses
I suggest a warning be issued when using an email for an address book entry flagged as a partner so that it doesn't accidently link data together that probably shouldn't be.

Secondary action required when selecting remove from Max. Sales Reps need to tell us why they want the contact removed, contact no longer there, company out of business. Otherwise you could have sales reps removing viable company information all because they don't want to call. .
