Send one or mass email from Hotlist or Tasks
In the past we were able to mass email directly from the hotlist. Within MaxLive I must move to the address book to email. This breaks up my workflow badly. Please add this feature back to Hotlist and add it to Tasks.

Search records without open hotlist task
We have a client who maintains action plans on all client records. Mostly the end of the action plan prompts the user to make a new action plan but sometimes in the rush of work that step is missed and the client ends up with no open/future tasks. We could not find a way to search for all clients who have no incomplete tasks. We tried in the hotlist itself but the volume timed it out. We tried in the address book with an Interactions search but this does not discern between completed and incomplete. So, we need a new…

Global edit of uncompleted action plan task activity description
Please add the option to apply a changed action plan task activity description to all uncompleted tasks previously scheduled from the action plan. From time to time we review an action plan, and clarify/improve the task activity descriptions within it. But there is no option to apply those same changes to uncompleted tasks that have been scheduled from the action plan already. We would like to be able to apply those changes to those tasks - a bit like a global edit. This is significant to us because we may have hundreds of tasks arising from multi-task action plans applied…

Tasks - implement UDFs in this module
Currently, if you want to add something custom to tasks (like a Task Reference number) you need to manually write it into the body of the task, or use another field that isn't for the original purpose.
Would it be possible to implement the usage of UDFs in the Tasks module?

Recurring tasks added to client's activity tab
Right now, when setting up a recurring task for a client, it only shows in the task list. We need the recurring task to show up under the client's activity tab so when we view the client's information, we can see what is coming up!

Tasks - additional following windows when opening records
In the new Tasks module, it is possible to click on an AB entry in the 'Name' column, as well as a Case or Opp in the 'Regarding' column, to see further Details as well as the Timeline for that entry.
This is a great feature, however it is limited to only Details and Timeline currently.
Could you add the capability to view the other following windows?

Tasks - increase Priority field character limit
The current character limit for Priority in the new Tasks module is 3.
Would it be possible to increase this limit?
Even to something like 6, it would allow for greater variety and options in this field.

Add "rolling date" option to tasks menu
It would be great to add an option to set a “rolling date" range in the tasks section……part of the custom date like in hotlists
This is available in hotlist section but is there somehow to set it under the task menu as well? It would actually be a great idea to add this anywhere that dates are an option but especially to do list sections like hotlist/task/activities/etc

Completing more than 1 task
When completing more than 1 task you can literally watch each task being marked completed with a check mark. It is not intuitive that the user can browse away from the process and continue working in Maximizer. I suggest having the routine complete in the background similar to the Global Edit where once it is initiated the user is prompted to continue working in Maximizer

Tasks - implement security for the Priority field
It is currently possible for any user to adjust the Priority of a task.
Would it be possible to implement security on this field so that it either can't be changed, or one of the user roles like CS or Sales Manager is required to change the priority?

Global Edit option in the Hotlist Edit menu
A big issue I have with the Hotlist is the lack of a Global Edit option in the Edit menu, as I’d like to be able to select multiple records & alter the Priority field value on them to get more out of the system in terms of my daily planning. There is an option to Modify Task Date but that does only apply to Tasks & not Appointments, when it should work for both, & I'm guessing that the same constraint applies to the Reassign option as it's heading when selected is "Reassign Hotlist Tasks", so this whole Edit…

Email follow up task
In my experience with emails we tend to send and wait...assuming that the recipient will return the email or follow up in a timely manner. Right now I send an email from Outlook or Maximizer and then create a task in the future as a reminder that the email was sent on a specific date and I am expecting a response. It would be helpful that I am prompted to create a task after I send/reply to an email from Maximizer or Outlook. The task would be applied to the record for which it was originated ie: address book, opportunity,…

Task priority
Don't update the priority to MED when syncing with Outlook if the task originates in Maximizer. Honour the Maximizer setting or don't sync the priority. This function neglects any workflow that a company may be using for task management.

task reminders
We should be able to set reminders for "years" out or at least ability to add triple digits or quadruple digits to task reminders. For example, right now I can only set a task reminder for a maximum of 99 months out, but I want to set a reminder for 10 years and 20 years, and I am unable to do this.

The 'regarding' field when setting up a task should be an editable drop down list
The 'regarding' field when setting up a new task should be an editable drop down list. Currently it only says 'opportunity' or 'case' but personalizing it would enhance the task feature

Add columns in Task Dashboard
I would like to be able to add additional columns to the Task Dashboard. For example, add a Status column where a task would switch from initial, to in process, to pending etc. depending on the status of the task.

In the New Tasks screen add the ability to edit categories
We should be able to edit the categories in the New Task screen. For example, add persons for the Task to be assigned to. Add options to the Regarding, Category and Result drop down box so we can customize this to our business.
