Hi, thanks for your feedback on the quick search feature. We have plans to add more functionality to the current search capability.

We are committed to making Maximizer work for both public cloud (CRM LIve) and private cloud (on premise). The only way to make that work is through API’s. We use the API’s ourselves so will continue to evolve them. Please use the dev.connect forum to ask any questions about the API’s if you need more insights to help do the work that you need to do

An error occurred while saving the comment Jeff Brown commentedFor us, when we send a document to a client that is in their documents tab, it sends to the default address only. We would like to be able to select the additional addresses that may be in the record.
Another scenario for us is this: We deal with property managers who manage multiple condo units. Quotes, work orders, invoices etc for a particular unit are attached to the address book entry of that unit. The Condo Corp and the Property Manager (PM)each have their own AB entry but are linked as related entries. We would like to be able to send documents from the units documents to the PM and have the email then recorded under the PM' AB entry.
I guess to put it simply,
1. We want to send a doc to any or all email address in an AB entry.
2. We want to be able to send a doc form one AB entry to an email in a related AB entry. and have the email recorded in either or both AB entries.Jeff Brown supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Jeff Brown commentedI agree. Not being able to click and dial my contacts is a pain
I got tired of waiting and so created my own search with a quick access link. It opens a page with boxes for company, first last, address, phones, and several UDF's. Each box has a %~ preentered. we delete the ~ (tilde) and enter our search criteria. The beauty is that it will search for partial matches as well. if all i can remember is first name or part of the address like the number or the street or something. We have a UDF with quote numbers or contract numbers and we can quickly search them. It is used by the entire office now and works way better for us than the built in quick search. On Mobile too.
