To elaborate on what I believe is asked for here, this would be the Task equivalent to how Calendar appointments work against multiple Database Users.
If you were to mirror this to appointments then you could also make them multi-contact capable too.
Hi, for example: send all account managers a task asking them to read an important document or note placed under a specific customer. This way we can
- track actions/ tasks
- it's not necessary to copy the document to Outlook in order to send a new email
- reduce email
Can you please provide us with details so that we can better understand the use case

fantastic idea...our team was just trying to figure this one out and this is exactly what we want to be able to do. At the same time, make the text area have more capacity for the task details so that multi-step tasks for one client can be captured within one entry.
Assigning hotlist task to Group / Team and within that selecting the Task Owner (Task Leader) is better.. because in such case it is visible in all list under may group's task. anyone in the group can do the task but primarily one person is responsible..
We must have field to capture task completed by..
