Ability to access alternate email address if contact has multiple emails
If a client has more than one email address the only way to use the alternate email is to open the contact window and then cut and paste the alternate email address.

For us, when we send a document to a client that is in their documents tab, it sends to the default address only. We would like to be able to select the additional addresses that may be in the record.
Another scenario for us is this: We deal with property managers who manage multiple condo units. Quotes, work orders, invoices etc for a particular unit are attached to the address book entry of that unit. The Condo Corp and the Property Manager (PM)each have their own AB entry but are linked as related entries. We would like to be able to send documents from the units documents to the PM and have the email then recorded under the PM' AB entry.
I guess to put it simply,
1. We want to send a doc to any or all email address in an AB entry.
2. We want to be able to send a doc form one AB entry to an email in a related AB entry. and have the email recorded in either or both AB entries. -

Can you provide a use case scenario about how you would like to send an email to an alternate email address? Note that in the Details tab for an Address Book entry, you can send email to an alternate email by clicking the email address.

Definitely need to come into the reality of multiple active e-mail addresses for individual contacts. This is one of the biggest "manual override" problems that presently is in all the Maximizer versions.

I am now increasingly seeing clients that want to be able to use these addresses in the campaign manager too.
