Connie: PLEASE give us the option to remove the social networking links in Windows Access so my employees get back to being productive and not updating their status on Facebook. Thanks!

Connie - can you reopen this case, or shall I create a new request for this functionality to be added to the Windows Access?

I agree with Jon - this needs to be added to the Windows Access as well as the Web Access.
Several of our customers have asked if they can remove the "Social Networking" tab, as they either don't have LinkedIn Premium accounts, or don't see the benefit in this feature.

This at least needs to be added to the Windows Access of v12.1. And to add to Connie's point, yes - disabling tabs that are not used it useful. Many we can disable with permissions but some (related entries for example) would have to be something separate.

Hi Everyone! Extending this suggestion, do you think it will be useful for users and administrators to be able to hide OTHER following windows/tabs, such as Contacts, Related Entries, Notes, Documents, etc. in the Windows client? This is mostly just to make the user interface cleaner and allow the users to only see what they use most. Thank you! Connie
