Apply household information to contact view
Allow fields from the household to carry down to the contact level. The same way that a household address applies to all contacts, apply this to UDFs as well.

Would like to be able to associate a hotlist task with a different contact - change it from one contact or company to another without having to recreate it.

warning message deleting leads process
When deleting a process for leads/opportunities/accounts, display a warning message that it will orphan opps/accts/leads that currently use that process. Ideally, prevent the deletion of a process unless if it's used. Prevent the deletion of the Default Process

System Logging Notes to follow security group of logged-in user
Currently, when a user creates or updates an appointment, task, opportunity, etc., the logging note created defaults to Public for Full Access. Customers want it changed to follow the Default Entry settings of the user. If the user doesn't specify Full Access for a security group, then default it to Public.

Interactions printed out like the old note report
The note report was perfect in the past as I could select one customer and print the detailed note to forward to a manager with all the customer details such as address, email and phone included. It was what I used before Interactions feature was added. I do like the interaction feature as this makes it easier to log the calls, but I need to generate the details for one specific customer to send to my manager. I really need this ability instead of copying and pasting my interaction to notes it is redundant to have to do this extra…

Completing an appointment - initiate notes creation
Currently, when a calendar appointment is marked as completed, a prompt comes up to create a new appointment/task. In the past, according to one of my colleagues, one of the prompt options was to be taken to the notes section of the household/client, listed as an Attendee of the appointment, to add meeting notes upon completion of an appointment, This greatly facilitated the documentation of meeting discussion points. Having this option brought back would greatly reduce the number of meetings being completed without notes being added to the account.

Make complete item in drop-down field appear
Currently, the drop-down field of a table UDF in a Key Fieds set is too short to see the complete text of an item. Please adjust such that either the field is wider or the complete text of the item pops up. Checking and unchecking the items is inefficient. (From Rick Bofinger/Jerico Financial)

Leads Conversion
I;ve just realised that when converting a Lead there's no way for the process to not create a Contact. You can choose an existing Company, but not that the Contact already exists.

Add Favorite List dialog to default to Default Entry of user
This dialog defaults to logged-in user despite security setup and default entries. Make this dialog follow logged-in users' default entries.

Retain format of phone notes when opened in Notes section
Phone notes appear unformatted when view as a regular Note in the Notes tab. Make the phone note formatting consistent whether viewed in Notes or Interactions

Leads - mandatory option for basic fields
It is possible to set Mandatory fields in other modules for basic fields, but the option is not available for the Leads module.
A customer provided an example of the fact they have 2 teams handling leads - 'Team A' creating Leads and then 'Team B' processing the Leads further.
It would be beneficial for the customer to have the option to make some basic fields in the module mandatory.

The system doesn’t currently allow email to be a Selection "type" for New Interactions, even though it has been added to our list in Settings.

Reasonable Workflow to Add Photo to Contact
The one place I never have a photo to add to a maximizer contact is on my computer. Yet the only way to add a photo is via upload from my computer.
What I actually want to do is copy a photo from a web page, or copy a link to a photo from a web page, and paste into the image control. If i do have the photo on my pc, drag and drop it into the image control.

Default Entry for Saved Search and Column Setup
Right now, setting up a Default Entry for Saved Searches and Column Setups is not available. Since there is already Default Entry options for Address Book, Opportunities, Customer Service, Notes, Documents, and Interactions, there should be one for Saved Searches and Column Setups

Interactions - option to not save emails
Emails now save to Interactions, rather than Documents. With this change, the option to NOT save emails was removed.
Could this feature be re-added? If not as a personal preference then as an option to be enabled by an Administrator.

Opportunity Duplicate Checking.
Add a "Find Duplicates in List" to the Opportunity window with identical functionality to the option already in the addressbook window.

Alternate address Phone numbers
Add a Phone Number field to alternate addresses.
Often we will have companies with a number of alternate addresses/Offices but no way to store separate phone numbers for different sites1 vote -
Automatic incrementing field type
A field type that when added to a client has the next available number.
Ideally starts on null like the Yes/No field (unless set as part of a default record), and if selected populates with the next available number.
Option for number of digits (to pad with 0's eg 00004) and start value.
