Maximizer Extenstion for Outlook Calendar
I would like to have a one click solution to attached a calendar entry as a meeting from Outlook's calendar to Maximizer's caleandar.
Background: It's too time consuming to add every appointment to the maximizer calandar ... especially when doing zoom meeting and entering location information. Bottom line is that Outlook's Calendar function is much faster and easier to use and integrates with iOS as well. SO... it would be amazing if you coulud click on a calendar entry in outlook and click a "maximizer" icon that would allow you to attached that to a contact ..which would in turn…

next appointment
If a calendar appt or task is completed without re-opening it, there is a pop up message to book the next appt or hotlist task. However, if you open the appt and change the notes and then check the box (while appt is open) to say it's complete then the pop up for the next appt does NOT appear. It would be good if that next appt/task pop up would appear in all situations and also carry the note forward so you don't have to retype it or copy/paste it.

Change Time Zone in Calendar When Scheduling Meetings.
The client has offices across the country. There are times when a Toronto staffer is planning to visit the Vancouver office, and wants to create a meeting request within Maximizer that is set for Pacific time for all the invitees he wants to add out there. Currently, if the meeting is made within Maximizer, he can’t set the time in Pacific time.
Outlook handles this by allowing for the selection of the time zone for each individual meeting.

Outlook calendar email
When confirm when sending email is enabled in the Outlook add-in preferences, a prompt appears when sending an appointment email invitation originating in Outlook. However; when you select any of the Save email and save to... options an error appears "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." If you are not able to save the email to Maximizer then I suggest disabling the save to feature when sending Outlook appointment invitations.

- Outlook plugin should have option to capture resource and tag Customer.
- Activity report in dashboard.

"All Day" events actually make the user busy in Outlook
We've run into a few issues where "all day" events don't actually make the user "busy" on Outlook. If we manually make an event from 5am to 7pm then it will show the user as busy, so the technology is there, it's just not reflecting when we toggle the "all day" tab.

Link an Opportunity or a C/S case to a calendar entry within the calendar.

Syncing with outlook
Syncing with outlook - I would like to be able to only have certain events synced from my outlook calendar. For example, I could tag phone calls, zoom and in office meetings - then have only those events synced. It would de clutter my calendar
