  1. Consolidated Timeline Report sort order on date/time is incorrect

    I moved the Date/Time column to the left and sorted. When I view it or print to PDF, there are some dates out of sequence.

  2. Address Book Timeline Report Blank

    When I select some but not all Notes types, I get a blank report. See attached screenshot of my filter.

  3. Dashboard indicators for interactions

    Customers want the ability to see on the dashboard the number of calls, meetings, quotes they have logged. Assuming call, meeting and quote are category values on interactions, we would like to have at least a numeric indicator of the number of interactions related to a saved interaction search catalog or a date range.
