    We prefer if this worked from the docs tab, but even a method that could run through a UNC path from a formula UDF might help.

    For our customers who link documents, the URL \\server\folder\file.doc must execute from the browser in web access. Win access is going away and tons of data is already associated in this manner.

    Another alternative to this is to support 'User' merge fields in email templates.

    In the windows version we were able to search for text in the subject. I think it would help to offer more searching but at least what was available in windows access should be present in web access.

    Comment from client:
    Just as a matter of user input, I have to say one major flaw with the web version is that you cannot search your hotlist like you can in the windows version. I use the hotlist heavily, and not being able to search really kills it.

    Hi, thanks for your feedback on the quick search feature. We have plans to add more functionality to the current search capability.

    We would want a filter configuration that would return matches of first, last and company but filter further for company/individual or contact types. If I enter Smith and I want just companies, I would not have to look at the many people with that last name.

    This is important because we want to be able to support an HTML signature in this email body. While the note report attached fine, the body of the email contains gibberish because the customer is using an HTML signature and notes print to email in text format. Either the signature should be converted to text cleanly or the email body should support HTML. Seems incorrect but as it functions now, any user who has Compose in HTML turned on and uses a signature will have a problem.

    Please note Maximizer’s professional service team have created integrations with Avaya AES among others so feel free to contact them directly if you have an acute need for this type of integration.

    What is needed is an easy to configure and use integration with phone systems. One that is able to function across windows and web access, and afford us the most flexibility with all systems. Key functions would be:

    Click a command to dial out.
    Post a note as you dial out (phone note)
    Inbound call detection and match (secondary but useful)
