There are no plans to support this because of issues with sync’ing with Outlook

This version of Maximizer is no longer supported
An error occurred while saving the comment Jenny Carey commentedTo give you an example of how often this comes up, here is an email from one of our customers (a 16 user v11 Enterprise LAN system) about this...
"One of the biggest gripes of our Maximizer users, is the built-in email client. Everyone complains how slow it is. There is a high level of frustration as sales staff are required to save emails to Contacts. They have to use the Maximizer email client, because the Outlook add-In only allows you to save the email to the sender address, which is not useful if the sales person is trying to save something that he himself has sent to a contact.
Most users are on decent specification W7 PCs, using Outlook 2010. I know it probably doesn’t help that some users have enormous mailboxes with multiple folders and thousands of items.
We will be upgrading our Maximizer application, with your assistance, in the not too distant future. Is the Maximizer email client better in the latest version?"

Rather than create this ourselves at the moment, our Professional Services team is able to integrate Maximizer with your inventory management ERP.
Jenny Carey supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Jenny Carey commentedI completely agree with the comments below. Several of our customers have asked if they can use Maximizer to prepare quotes from a centrally managed price catalogue, and the solution has always had to involve 3rd party software such as Synergy or Magnet. It's about time Maximizer updated the old OrderDesk module and made it a lot more customisable.

This will be done via the Microsoft Word Add-In for Maximizer CRM Live and Maximizer Web Access Group and Enterprise Edition!

Maximizer is making changes to its product line up that involved the impending discontinuation of the Windows client, in 2016. Windows client users can continue to follow the standard upgrade path to Maximizer CRM v2016, due out in late fall 2015 and then remain on that version for as long as they choose. Over time, support for CRM v2016 will cease, and the customers will have to make a decision between migrating to a solution like Web Access or Maximizer CRM Live or continue with an unsupported solution.
We encourage customers, to continue the dialog with Maximizer Software about any potential product requirements or otherwise, which would help facilitate an easy migration to Web Access or Maximizer CRM Live.Jenny Carey supported this idea ·
Also similar to my suggestion to add ability to create Appointments on multiple dates (not re-occurring): http://suggestions.maximizer.com/forums/123601-feature-suggestions-for-maximizer-crm/suggestions/2686378-add-ability-to-create-appointments-on-multiple-dat
Both of these suggestions currently have 43 votes, so there is obviously a lot of demand for improved functionality in the Maximizer Calendar. I look forward to seeing whether any of these requests have made it into in the "Summer 2013" release...
