Doing the same with the gmail integration - one click case-creation and priority etc - is crucial

B2B organisations, selling to complex organisations find it very useful - as do we ourselves. Any client who looks at their sales processes and considers the roles of influencers, specifiers, gate-keepers etc finds it invaluable for identifying, reaching or by-passing those people.

There should be no deprecation of functionality without a long notice period. This is particularly unfortunate at a time of above-inflation price rises.

Please remove this inconsistency. There are a lot of cases where interactions need to be deleted. These include - accidentally completing a hotlist & then uncompleting it - 2 records to be deleted; multiple people saaving the same email etc.
