You should fix your website
I want to upgrade from CRM 10 but when I select the upgrade feature, it bounces back to the initial screen before completely loading the information on upgrades. Not the best customer experience.

What edition of the product are you using? And, what edition are you trying to upgrade to?
Have you found the information you needed eventually?

Did you do this in the Maximizer product? Can you tell us exactly where you invoke the upgrade feature from?
