    We recommend pre-pending the old products with “zzz_” to indicate that they are no longer available, so that they are at the end of the list, and so that you can still run reports for products that are no longer sold

    This is a significant issue when Maximizer users receive an appointment from a customer who is not trained to set an end date on the recurrence.

    An alternative would be a change where the Outlook dialog presents an 'uncheck' all command. In this manner the default could be to save to the matched - this works most of the time - and when you don't want the abundance of matching, you click uncheck all and find the one that you prefer.
