Could you please provide more detailed use cases and examples. Basic UDF inheritance can be complicated and confusing for new entries or for those that are left blank on purpose etc.

An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Jenny Carey commentedPlease can you clarify whether the full Web Access, as opposed to the cut-down Mobile Access, is now supported on Apple Safari Web Browser?
We don't have the Maximizer CRM Live product, so I'm not sure if both the Web and Mobile Access options are available on this?
Do you know when Apple Safari will be supported on the Maximizer CRM 12 on-premise Web Access? Is this included in Service Release 1 which is due for release shortly, and if not why not?
Your clarification would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Over recent releases we have been implementing improvements to handling of column setups and how these are managed within the various list views – row height and width etc.
We will continue to introduce UI and UX improvements going forward to make the solution even easier to work with.

Hi, this is on our road-map. We want to implement searching capability as you mentioned for our Calendar.
An error occurred while saving the comment Jenny Carey commentedOk, my colleague has just told me that you can search on text and date range in the Hotlist window, with "Show Appointments" checked, which is a workaround, but you have to have the correct user's Hotlist selected first.
It would be better if there was full searching functionality in the Calendar window, including search by Address Book Entry, User, Priority, Location, Resources, Products/Services and/or Categories, for a specified date range.

You can create a custom field (UDF) and then set it to True or False. Then using Advanced Search you can filter whether to show entries based on this custom field (UDF).

Hi Connie, thanks for your reply. If this is the case, then I would argue that you haven't fixed this yet, as Apple Safari is still not supported on the Web Access.
The Mobile Access is a cut-down version which doesn't have anywhere near as much functionality as the Web Access.
Using Mozilla Firefox instead is fine on an Apple Mac computer, but you cannot download the Mozilla Firefox browser on an iPad, iPhone or iPod. The official line from Mozilla seems to be "Apple's restrictions on iPhone and iPad apps do not allow us to distribute a web browser like Firefox that uses its own JavaScript and HTML interpreters" (see http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/500084)
Please reopen this case, as you haven't fixed anything - we already knew that the Mobile Access is supported on all browsers, but the question was "Support for Apple Safari browser in Maximizer CRM Live" which as far as I'm aware is the full Web Access.
