Maximizer Mobile Access UDF's - folders not available and UDF's do not follow the order set in Maximizer CRM Administrator
Maximizer Mobile Access is a significant improvement on its predecessors. However, there is a major inconvenience: after opening up a client or contact record, the UDF folders that we have spent time creating according to our particular requirements are not there. To make matters worse, the UDF's themselves appear in alpha order! All of the time spent deciding what order UDF's should be in to maximize user performance is out the window!
I don't want to go back to the pre Max 8 days and start putting 001 in front of the most Important UDF, 002 in front of the second most important one, etc., the way we did way back then!
I hope that Maximizer's development team can find a way to fix this in an upcoming Service Release.
Work on mobile access is no longer a part of our strategy.
UDF's keep there order in the keyfield groups on displaying of the record
Adding UDF's to a search are sorted alphabetically
the native app keeps the order of the udf's within keyfield groupings

Has there been any update on this? As we capture a lot of information in UDFs, it makes it so hard for reps on the road and I am having to use *** stars to force the mobile order.
Looks very confusing with a lot of fields.
Maximizer Mobile Access has been much improved. Though, this specific feature makes it unfriendly to use for our reps on the road.
