I am with Marabella Commercial Finance, Inc. and use your Maximizer CRM with our direct lenders and clients. We use the Texting feature that works with Twillio. It is very valuable to us for follow up.
What we don't like about it when some responds to us we really can't know when they do that especially if we send out a large text.
What I suggest create a popup when someone responds to our text.
