Add an Asset Management Module
Understanding what clients have purchased and their respective warranty, service, and option history is essential for account management. We current use the "customer service" module for this purpose, however, it would be best if "ASSET MANAGEMENT" was a discrete module.
Assets could have UDFs that are application specific. They could be created from the products that are included in an opportunity. Once an opportunity status changes to WON, the information could be transitioned to a COMPANY asset.
This would add a life-cycle component that is very valuable, differentiates from other CRM, and saves time, and provides extremely useful information.

This is what I've searched for for so long. We are current Maximizer users but without this feature we have to look elsewhere. I want to know my warranty and service history for each specific machine. Seems like a very simple step to add.
