    It would make sense if we can by import set checking duplicates by email, VAT number and other UDF.

  2. Attach an email to a customer service case or an opportunity through outlook.

    Our company would really benefit from being able to attach an email to a customer service case or an opportunity through outlook. Now that you have removed the Email feature in Maximizer Web, our web users are unable to attach email to Opps or Cases. This is a very important feature that we lost when we upgraded.

  3. On the Mobile Address Book, Allow you to set the default to Company instead of Last Name

    When you go to the address book, it is always set to last name. It would be nice to set the default as company search as well as have Contacts checked off.

  4. Campaigns HTML Editor limit 50,000 characters

    The Maximizer Web Access Campaigns HTML Editor in 2016 still has a limit of 50,000 characters in the HTML code, which is not enough for our customers who are importing their own HTML templates that include responsive code for different email editors and complex formatting. Please increase this to 100,000 characters at least?

    In the upcoming 2016 R2 release, expected mid April, the limit has been increased.

    Previous Limit 50K (50,000)
    New Limit 1Mb (1,000,000)

  5. Trend reports

    I'm asked for support for Dashboard KPI values tracked over time.

    eg. Total Pipeline value KPI tracked over a Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Quarterly as a graph against time. If you want to get really cool add a second line on the chart with the value for the previous reporting period or same period last year.

    There are two factors here: The sample period, and the reporting period (width of the chart in time).

    Available now in Insights module. Pipeline KPIs tracked on the ‘Sales Overview’ dashboard and the time period can be changed on the fly in the dashboard filters.

    Insights is a Maximizer add-on released for CRM Live November 2019 and on the roadmap for on-premise.

  8. Access saved emails from smartphones

    Include the ability to view saved email documents in the Maximizer web or Windows client in MaxMobile and Mobile Access as well.

    Viewing saved email documents is now available in the Maximizer CRM 12 Summer 2012 Release! This is available in Maximizer CRM Live, Group and Enterprise editions’ Mobile Access.

  9. Clickable links in mobile app

    Unable to click on a URL in mobile app and launch that site. We are focused on having a formula URL bring up a dashboard in a BI tool but even the website URL is not clickable. We are allowed to copy but that is clumsy relative to having the formula URL (and all URLs) be active.

  10. Saving Email to Opportunites - Outlook toolbar

    The saving email to Opportunity function using the Outlook tool bar seems to pre-select every Opportunity associated to that entry.
    In turn this now saves the email to each one unless you remove the check-boxes manually - not good if there were a large quantity of them.
    Could the default not be to have any selected and the user selects the correct Opportunitie(s)?

    Great suggestion. This has been implemented for both saving emails to opps and cases through the Outlook Add-In Toolbar. The feature will be release in our Winter Release near the end of the year. Thanks everyone!

  12. Create missing table items - import option

    May we have an option in the File Import (XLS etc) that table items that are in the import data but missing from the setup are created in the setup automatically by the import. In Maximizer CRM 2018 the import fails if table items that are in the import data are missing from the setup.

    Would be great to have the ability to drill down on a dashboard pie wedge (from a maximizer search catalog) and display the corresponding data in the address book.

    This is now available in our Summer 2012 Release! Group edition, Entterprise edition and CRM Live!

  14. Prevent opportunities from being saved with no process set

    Right now (in CRM Live) if there are multiple sales processes defined you can open an opportunity, set or leave the process field to blank, and save the opportunity. This results in an opp with no process or stage set.

    For clients where opps are created via the API, they are ALL coming in without process (because processes/stages can't be set via api) so it's messing with their reporting.

  15. Azure Active Directory

    It would be fantastic if we could integrate SSO with Azure AD. It allows us to expand SSO without poking holes in our firewall as well allows us to continue putting in applications already used with Azure AD SSO. This is something we use for Adobe products, etc. already.

  17. Fixed position Save button!!!

    Please anchor the save button when editing a record. It is very irritating to have to scroll up and click save when you have made a change near the bottom of the edit window. At the very least you could have the button float.

  19. Filter long list of users in appointment dialog

    When adding an appointment we would like to be able to filter by the first or last name of the user that is listed under All Users. As customers grow that list becomes too large to scroll. A search filter at the top of the users tab would help us quickly find the people we need to attend the meeting.
