  5. Hotlist tasks should have options to keep task on my hotlist when assigning to another user; and notify me when the assigned task is done.

    Good idea, I'm trying to visualise how this would work practically though. Are you planning on keeping your phone screen unlocked and 'activated' for a 2 hour call for example? Thoughts?

    Good idea, but we are then verging onto the equivalent of what used to be crystal reports, the entire reporting architecture for this would need to be re-designed from the bottom up to accomodate this I believe.
