Add ‘Priority’ and ‘Case Reason’ to the Outlook plugin when clicking 'Create Case' from the Outlook Plugin.
At the moment its not possible , and the user creates a ticket from an email received, but then needs to go into the portal to change a priority etc

We have a request for this to, specifically to add the "Case owner" and "Assigned to" fields.

I'm with Robbie on this. Improving the work flow is crucial to client retention as cases are rising as stuff moves online.
Doing the same with the gmail integration - one click case-creation and priority etc - is crucial

This would make a much better workflow for the user.
I guess the next logical stage would be to give access to the key fields directly in the Outlook toolbar
