    Using it even more I would also like to see a global edit capability on the Hotlist, with more fields able to be included from the Opportunity & Cases Basic fields & UDF's, in the Table Column views setup.

    What I'd like to achieve is having a central list of key tasks needing to be done, be they across Sales Opportunities, Service Cases, or anything else.
