    Needs to be more correct in it's actions too -
    1) It doesn't populate the record with the users default values eg for Phone # Descriptions,
    2) Doesn't even pull the actual phone # data from the Company record so leaves that blank,
    3) Ignores that you may have Mandatory fields & creates the records with no prompting to have these manually entered.
