You can create a custom field (UDF) and then set it to True or False. Then using Advanced Search you can filter whether to show entries based on this custom field (UDF).

Over recent releases we have been implementing improvements to handling of column setups and how these are managed within the various list views – row height and width etc.
We will continue to introduce UI and UX improvements going forward to make the solution even easier to work with.

Work on mobile access is no longer a part of our strategy. Prompt for value searches will not be supported within the mobile app at this time

Now we are on 2018 and there appears to still be no way to prefix a custom option in the icon bar with an icon (font) and the documentation is still detailing the old png images method.
