Different relationship type for the reverse link
If you create a relationship and choose to "relate in reverse order" you are assigning the same type description to both links. This means example like Parent Company or Owner do not make sense from the other direction. This tick box should open a 2nd drop down and relationship pairs should be able to be pre-defined or use assigned.

Be able to drag and drop a contact into a different Company
I sometimes have multiple companies that are part of the same corporate intity. If would be handy to be able to drag and drop a contact from one company to another without having to reenter them. This would include all of their notes and emails, etc. to follow them.

Ability to delete Default Key Fields
Ability to delete or otherwise restrict access to the <Default Key Fields>. Otherwise allow edit of the name so this can be re-purposed.

Lets talk about improving service!!!!
I've had many issues with Maximizer CRM 11. Currently I'm not able to open the software, very difficult to have a productive work day, when I cannot contact clients.........The tech department does not allow one to talk to a person!!!!! Maximizer does not respond to emails..... the sales representative that sold me the product will not return calls.......

Will the organisation chart feature in the application version of Maximizer be making its way to WebAccess? Or is it there and I have not spotted it?

Undo option when you Make List Current
How many times have you spent time manipulating data in Maximizer and clicked Make List Current only to realise that you meant to Invert Selection first? Yes this is a user error but oh so frustrating. The ability to go back (undo) to the previous list would be grately appreciated.

Printing Notes with HTML layout
In the Windows client it should be possible to print notes with the HTML formatting. (Ideally this would be an option of the current print to dialogue).

Default Entry - Make the COMPANY default entry dialogue box not to import the fields entered into the CONTACT default entry dialogue box !
Default Entry - The company will have reception telephone and fax, as headers for specific entry of details, the contact will have other numbers, DDI, Mobile, email, Skype etc. But there seems no way to divide the two. Entry into the company default is fine then enter the specific basic header data into the contact default and it then appears in the company default also? AAAAAhhhh

Field Validation
Maximizer CRM needs field validation such as is available in other CRM's. Ex: Postal Code Canada: A9A 9A9; Postal Code US: 99999 or 99999-9999; Phone number Canada & US: 9-999-999-9999

Formula UDF improvements
We cannot use a formula UDF in another one. this means that we have to create incredibly complex formulas if we need to use IF functions etc.

Change warning message when deleting 1 appointment from a series of recurring appointments
If you delete 1 appointment in a series of reoccurring appointments, it says "Are you sure you want to delete ALL of the selected Appointments" which suggests you are going to delete ALL of the appointments in that series, which is misleading.
It then asks whether you want to "Delete All Occurences" or "Delete Only This Occurrence" so there is no need for the first message.

Make the UDF Add Items feature a dynamic grid instead of loading a separate screen
Adding multiple items to a Table UDF is a very slow process when you have to wait through each reload of the Items screen and the New Item screen. Switch to either a more dynamic grid object or create a multi-item add option that can take a larger number of values in one go.

Change Default for Yes/No UDF
At present if a Yes/No UDF is mandatory, when creating a new company/contact the system will automatically allocate No as the default without prompting the user for an answer. Could this UDF always prompt for an answer if it is made mandatory.

Allowing companies to have products
If companies had products it could be made quicker to create a customer service case. i.e. when creating a case for a company show the products that the customer has and not the whole list (with the option for the user to see the whole list).
In our environment it would be unusual for a case to be created for a product that the company doesn't own.
At the moment we have to store this in a seperate UDF at the company.
We have products at case, campaign and opportunity why not Company?

Allow Hotlist Tasks To Be Sorted By Completion Date
My boss built his hotlist task using a custom date range. He then accidently completed all of his tasks. In a panic he tried unplugging his coputer to kill the process but we run our computers off servers and unplugging did nothing. Maximizer crm should allow users to sort hotlist tasks by completion date as that's not currently an option to even have as a column it only allows users to sort by or search by creation date.

UDF Description fields
When you create a UDF you have the option of writing a brief description of the purpose of that field. When you come to add a UDF value this description is visible in the desktop application but not in the web client. Could it be added to the web client, ideally to be visible when you "float over" the field name?

Contacts to automatically inherit UDFs from Company/Individual
If a certain UDF is blank at the contact level, then just inherit the value from the same UDF at the company/individual level
117 votesCould you please provide more detailed use cases and examples. Basic UDF inheritance can be complicated and confusing for new entries or for those that are left blank on purpose etc.

Auto-fill in the persons email address as I type in the TO, CC and BCC fields
Kinda like Outlook, Mozilla or Gmail does it.

Increase Maximum Upload sizes in the Web Client
The 4MB limit for web access uploads is too small for many customers who wish to load larger documents and emails with attachments. The Maximum upload size needs to be configurable by the administrator - possibly on a per user basis.

Email Reminder for Hotlist Tasks
Since we now support email reminders for appointments to support mobile access users, we should also support email reminders in hotlist tasks. Otherwise, there is no alter for mobile access users to deal with a task.
