    I totally agree that the ability to change the column setup for Notes is imperative. When you create a Note you have the ability to assign a category, but it doesn't do you a lot of good when you can't see it in the Notes tabbed pane. it would make it much easier to find specific notes if we could sort/filter by category.

    Could you please provide more detailed use cases and examples. Basic UDF inheritance can be complicated and confusing for new entries or for those that are left blank on purpose etc.

    If this is changed, it should be made as an optional setting, as not everyone wants all the information copied from the Company or Household level.
