MailChimp Tags
Can the MailChimp tags be added to the standard MailChimp integration with Maximizer?
I see this being added as a single table user defined field into the existing MailChimp folder
Adding support for this would allow you update and search in Maximizer the MailChimp tags

Add Appointment - Icon Bar
In the “Add Appointment” window – the icon dropdown menu is vertical. I would like to suggest that it be horizontal like the icon bar in “Add at Task”. It would be much easier to use as with the vertical menu, your mouse moves around before you get to the bottom and then loose the menu bar. Also be able to move the icons around so that the ones you use the most could be first in line. If the bar is horizontal that is not as important.

how to link zoom meetings to a contact in maximizer or using outlook to sync contact maximizer
you guys need to figure out how an outlook meeting can be with associated with a contact in maximizer, with all of these virtual meeting systems available now something needs to be done. we have compliance issues at stake here.

Allow the start date of a campaign to be changed
Allow the start date of a campaign to be changed not just by delaying, as this doesn't help if you are bringing the date forward.

Increase the granularity of Security Setup
Today, we discovered that the ability to opt-in email types is tied to the "Modify System Tables" privilege. This privilege also give the user a number of other rights such as the ability to delete contacts - which we don't want to do. At the moment, I would be happy to have this one piece changed but ultimately, I think it would make sense to have a look at security as a whole in terms of what improvements could be made. File system/one drive support
I hear you may be working on having local one drive links to maximizer. Please don't do it the dumbest way possible which would be to point a fixed path per user as the root of the local one drive.
Keep in mind a given will have different paths to OneDrive depending on where they log in. I use two different machines, and my paths to onedrive are different, and not within my control, on these machines.
Similarly, most of our files are stored in OneDrive libraries, which have different paths on each workstation and are not the same place…

Being able to import Attendees from Outlook
Being able to automatically link the attendee's listed in my outlook calendar to the attendees in maximizer (assuming they are already contacts in the address book) would be an ideal feature as it would add an extra link between modules without having to manually update the maximizer meeting.

'Logged into the server successfully...' error
The following error has occurred previously when using the Outlook integration:
'Logged into the server successfully, but there was an unknown error processing this request.'
This error has come up on a least a couple of occasions - saving email to Maximizer, or when just accessing Preferences - but it doesn't make it clear what the problem may be.
Could the error handling be adjusted in a future update to eliminate this sort of error?

Automated Texting Follow Up Feature
Hi Maximizer,
Is there a way to create an automated texting feature within Maximizer to follow up or remind clients about appointments.
This would be a great feature. Or would this be done using Zappier?

Allow Adding an Individual to a Template Campaign when in Address Book Tab
Hi Maximizer,
I think it is rather cumbersome if you are in an invididual record (address book tab) and you have to click on Email Campaign just to enter someone into an Email Campaign Template. In some of the older versions of maximizer you were able to enter someone in though pushing a button in address book and selecting the individual.
This was much more convienent.

Hi Maximizer,
I am with Marabella Commercial Finance, Inc. and use your Maximizer CRM with our direct lenders and clients. We use the Texting feature that works with Twillio. It is very valuable to us for follow up.
What we don't like about it when some responds to us we really can't know when they do that especially if we send out a large text.
What I suggest create a popup when someone responds to our text.

Leads - Do Not Create Opportunity option
When using the Leads module you can Convert the entry to an Address Book entry.
When doing so you are presented the option to create an Opportunity at the same time. There is also the check box available for 'Do Not Create Opportunity'.
However, there is no option to enable this checkbox by default. This would be useful if you are a business that either doesn't use the Opportunity module, or creates Opportunities manually at a later time.

Notes Associated Entry - ability to update or move the note from one record to another
It would be great if we could either update the name in the Associated Entry column in Notes or be able to move it - sometimes things get placed in the wrong area or under the wrong name - it is extremely time consuming and tedious to have to move each one by re-entering all that info!

Viewing the Calendar when adding an appointment in Customer Service
It is currently possible to add an appointment when a Customer Service case is selected.
However, you can't view the Calendar directly when adding an appointment like this.
This would be useful, for example, when trying to schedule appointments for engineers. Another simple example is just trying to schedule something for your own day - you may want to view the Calendar to see how the day is shaping up in general.
This was a feature of Maximizer previously but was lost in the move to Web Access.
The suggestion is for this feature to be returned.

More control over outloook/office 365 SYnc
I would like to be able to:
- Synchronize contacts TO outlook, i never want an outlook contact synced back from maximizer as that seems troublesome .
- Synchronize Calendar Entries Between outlook and maximizer. Mostly we do calendars in outlook, occasionally edit in maximizer.1 vote -

Ability to attach document/email to multiple companies at one time
The two options for attaching a document/email (in the Documents section or Outlook integration) require you to choose or lookup companies one at a time. It would be nice to pull up a list in the Address Book and attach the document to all those facilities at one time through a function like Global Edit.

Improve "Delete" option in Opportunities
In order to remove an Opportunity one must go to Edit and then Delete. When the Delete option is selected there is a Pop-up that says that deleting will cause all of the information to be deleted. It needs to be modified to state that if it is an Opportunity that you are deleting that the information for the Contact will not be deleted. It is very confusing the way it is now.

Improved readability of dates
I run a camping booking system on Maximizer. It would be great to be able after keying in the booking days to search and/or read off arrival days for my customers by the day (text) and not by a numeric.
eg. Arrive: Monday, 26 October 2020, instead of 26October2020. Small issue I know but for me it would be very helpful better able to visualize. :) Tks Ben Barton Mt Barney Wilderness Camping www.mtbarney.com.au1 vote
