You can create a custom field (UDF) and then set it to True or False. Then using Advanced Search you can filter whether to show entries based on this custom field (UDF).

Over recent releases we have been implementing improvements to handling of column setups and how these are managed within the various list views – row height and width etc.
We will continue to introduce UI and UX improvements going forward to make the solution even easier to work with.

All of the tabs should have an editable Column Setup. Then we can view what we want and remove what we don't want to see. If we could finally see just exactly what we want, then printing a column report from these tabs would be fabulous! All they have to do is add a "Print" button to each tab as well.
