One of our clients has requested that when you retrieve a Favourite List, the Address Book should know that you are in a Favourite List so that users can remove records from it directly rather than have to go and choose the Favourite List to remove them from.

Over recent releases we have been implementing improvements to handling of column setups and how these are managed within the various list views – row height and width etc.

We will continue to introduce UI and UX improvements going forward to make the solution even easier to work with.

One of our clients requested the ability to right click on a column from the Address Book and select "remove" to dynamically amend a Column Setup without having to go into the (long winded) Properties.

Absolutely! Other CRM solutions have the idea of "Assets" that a company owns and cases can't be created for a product that is not an asset. I suggest that Maximizer doesn't prevent cases being created, merely makes it easier to create a case against a Product that the Company already has.
