    Since we now support email reminders for appointments to support mobile access users, we should also support email reminders in hotlist tasks. Otherwise, there is no alter for mobile access users to deal with a task.

  2. Hotlist tasks should have options to keep task on my hotlist when assigning to another user; and notify me when the assigned task is done.

    Hotlist tasks should have options to keep task on my hotlist when assigning to another user; and notify me when the assigned task is done. Outlook has similar behavior when assigning tasks.
