Data fields to perform validation on user entered input
In (most) fields that expect a date value (eg: Data UDFs, System Fields, Searching, Dashboards), if we are allowing free-text for entering dates, perform validation on the date before accepting it as valid input, and return a "not valid" pop-up in cases where it can't be converted to a real datetime value.

Secondary action required when selecting remove from Max. Sales Reps need to tell us why they want the contact removed, contact no longer there, company out of business. Otherwise you could have sales reps removing viable company information all because they don't want to call. .

Timesheet for users / logging useage
As a manager with employees working remotely, it would be helpful to have a timesheet function where management can track user log-in/log-out. Instead of asking for employees to log their hours manually, they can simply log-in and work as usual. Tracking user activity within Maximizer can also ensure proper usage and training.

Deleting Dashboards in the Web
You can create and edit Dashboards in the Web Client but you cannot delete redundant Dashboards. Please add Dashboards to the Administrator menu in the Web Client as per the existing functionality in the Windows Client.

Merge historical notes into one long note, or by category, fewer notes.
Merge historical notes into one long note, or by category into fewer notes. This will make it easier to view in the notepad. The merged notes should have a date or text search to find a specific section, if its many years of historical data.

Show/Manage Outlook Email Folders in within a window in Maximizer CRM Live
Ideally, Outlook Folder System could be rendered and managed from within Maximizer CRM Live.
Essentially, if you could map the Outlook Exchange Account folder List inside a single window in CRM Live, (mirror a list of mailboxes inside CRM Live, and have it allow preview, that would be good and useful.

There should be integration with application to encrypt emails or attachments. In this day and age, there is expectation that the emails are encrypted.

suggestions link from maximizer
It is great having a Suggestions Link to this site within Maximizer. But each time I have to then Sign In to vote or comment. Is it not possible to have the Suggestions site to recognise me when I hit the link from within my Maximizer?

Patch Updates
The tech I was working with was not able to access a license number for us. I do not understand how a company does not have access to it's own resources. In the end, I had to jump through loops and bounds to obtain the license info...

Restrict Access to Live based on Working Days & Hours
It would be desirable to restrict access to the Live system outside work hours eg from home, to reduce the chance of a disgruntled employee being able to take screen shots etc to take with them to a new job. In the Calendar/Hotlist Preferences page we currently have Work Hours & Work Days which could form the basis of this, simply with the addition of an option to "Restrict access to work days/hours".

When searching for deleted users you can find them but can't do a global edit to remove them.
When creating a contact in Outlook, add in the salutation field (Mr / Mrs) in Outlook so you don't have to go back into the contact in Maximizer and add it in afterwards.

Adding a "BACK" Button to Maximizer CRM
Maximizer older versions used to have "BACK" buttons, which was a most useful tool. Please reinstate as would make the user experience more productive and fluid

1 voteSince we introduced interactions, emails will not be saved to notes. All emails will categorized as interactions.
