Global edit of Territory
Ability to do a global edit on Territory instead of having to do a territory alignment to update this udf.

Make the next action field actually show the next action
One of the features that I thought would be simple that is lacking is the ability to do a search of records for a given criteria (eg. from a certain partner or referral source or for a certain product being sold) and then when choosing the columns to spit out for a report have the next scheduled action and it's day in that report.
The 'next action' field is currently just a data box that has to be manually filled out every time and as such is really quite useless. What I would like to see is the next action…4 votes -
Integration with Hootsuite
Does Maximizer has any integration with any social media management platform such as Hootsuite? Is this in the works? Is there any workaround?

It would be very helpful if we could customize/add/ delete the fields in the insurance tab on contacts file.
It would be very helpful to be able to create folders and subfolders within the client file. As it is currently just a list it is not efficient to search for individual files.

Map Address Fields To Home Address With Outlook Sync
Maximizer Sync allows us to map the phone number fields to Outlook when synchronizing contact records. However, the same is not possible for address fields. Instead, it defaults to adding all the addresses as a "Business Address".
It would be great if the Maximizer Sync integration tool allowed us the ability to map the address fields as we so choose or perhaps give us the option of defaulting to either home or business. Ideally, we should be able to map the fields to any outlook contact field available in Outlook. It shouldn't be too difficult to implement this nice enhancement.

Outlook - address book integration
it would be nice if maximizer could sync with a specific address book folder just for maximizer data. This way one could keep the original outlook address book folder distinct from the maximizer one. This would be very helpful to avoiding duplications of contacts.

Optional Case Emails
This is something a customer questioned me on and it is quite a good suggestion.
Would there be anyway that when creating Cases the automated email that is generated and sent to the customer could be an optional thing? I.e some kind of UDF flag Yes\No style thing?
There are some instances whereby a Case creation email is not required.

Allow a contact record to a part of a household and a company record.
Right now, we are limited to assigning a contact record to one company or one household (Financial Advisor version). It would be ideal if we could assign a contact record to both a household and a company.
Often times I will have a contact as a client inside a household record but also deal with this contact as part of their role with their employer. In this case, it would be great to have the contact under both the household and the company records.

Allow for customization of any fields I want to show in auto emails for service cases
Currently the Service Case email receipts only show X data.
You should allow for customization in the ADMIN section in regards to all the fields I want to show as well as add LOGIC

Allow for drag and drop for company documents
we do not use this feature as it takes for ever to upload 100+ documents 1 at a time when you go thru a new Rez across the board.
you should allow for dragging and dropping folders with sub folders just like Dropbox.com

Allow for mass upload in Knowledge Base
it is really painful to have to upload each document one at a time.

Allow Selecting Multiple Categories For Notes
Would be great to be able to assign more than one category for a note. Sometimes I cover multiple items in a single conversation and would like to be able to select more than one category.

Assistant Email or Email Address 2/3 Auto Send in CC in Bulk Messages
Would be ideal if a client's assistant can be automatically cc'd on all correspondences either using one of the email fields or a UDF. Would also work if multiple emails can be added to Email 1 field separated by comma or semi-colon.

Provide the ability to link a Suburb to a Zip Code
When adding a new AB entry, be able to have Max prompt the 1 or perhaps 2 Zip codes that are available to match the City/Town field. Eg, here in Perth WA, Perth city has a zip/post code of 6000, a neighbouring suburb Burswood is 6012 etc, so we'd need to be able to maintain a table of these, which would need an import facility as the list is available from our postal service

Task priority
Don't update the priority to MED when syncing with Outlook if the task originates in Maximizer. Honour the Maximizer setting or don't sync the priority. This function neglects any workflow that a company may be using for task management.

account status
Being able to change the UDF on Accounts - Status. The current options for Status is not applicable to my business. I would like to add Lapsed. Denied. Client Not Proceeding With. Completed. The current options of Abandoned. Lost. Managed Account. Do not apply to my business.
