  2. Ability to reassign a Task from one Contact to another

    Contacts often change within an organisation & it use to be possible to reassign a Task from one Contact to another in such circumstances, but this disappeared at some point making the use of the Hotlist more difficult. Can this ability please be reinstated

  3. Add additional service providers to the VOIP integration

    My company uses OOMA Office as our VOIP provider. It would be great if the VOIP integration could accept more providers.

  4. Link Case Subject and Status

    Please can we have a link between the case subject and status similar to products and services and categories. When a case subject is selected, then only the statuses that are relevant to that type of case should available. Alternatively implementing something like the opportunity processes in customer service would also work, where the user can select a process for a case and work through the steps.

    This feature would dovetail well with updating the web to leads form to include leads module fields

  6. Appointment Request Email - Language Selection

    If you add an appointment to the Calendar and send an Appointment Request Email the time and date sections are inherited by the Calendar.

    This means that whatever Locale is selected in Preferences controls the language that appears.

    This is fine if you are dealing with users and customers in a single country, but in an International scenario you can end up sending requests with a language to people who don't speak it.

  7. Address book - auto search when in address book view

    The upgrade implemented Apr2021 has removed the address book search functionality where you can start typing the name of contact or entry you wish to locate and the list automatically jumps to that name in the address book list. I've spoken to support and was told this feature was removed, and now the only way to search or 'jump to' a client name quickly is to access the search bar at the top. For us, this means leaving the address book, entering the name and picking one which then changes my default address book view so I then have to…

  8. household

    In the Financial Advisor edition, add the option to have individual contact info under the household to carry through to show under the household as well. Espeicllay for the date last contacted field, this would make one entry instead of three. Other feilds this could apply to that would be helpful would be the account details and for notes.

  9. Allow for custom icons to be added to the quick access menu.

  10. Calendar Refresh Button

    Add a refresh button to the Calendar, so that if appointments are synchronised you don't need to navigate away and then back to see the appointment.

  13. Opportunities in "Save to Maximizer in Outlook"

    When trying to save an email in outlook to a specific opportunity - I click save to maximizer - save to opportunity.
    Now it wants me to search by last name or company name.
    But - many of my opportunities have many different companies involved.
    So - why not have the search box bring up a place to enter the Opportunity Name - which would save so much time if we don't remember the exact company that started it all?
    It's an opportunity search - simplistic would be searching by opportunity name and nothing else.

  15. Integration with Seamless.ai.

    A list of prospects in Seamless.ai can be imported into Maximizer CRM. Set up company and then a contact within that company. Check if company already exists before setting up a new company record.

  16. Dynamic CC in Campaign Email Activity

    Currently, when campaign emails get sent out, it's possible to add a CC recipient, but it's static.

    A lot of the time, the contact may have multiple emails listed in their contact information - sometimes their assistant's email may be listed there.

    It would be great if a single email notification went out to the contact's primary listed email, but then also allow for adding secondory/tertiary contact emails as cc recipients.

  17. Excel import restriction by module

    I need to give access to certain users to excel export their opportunity or service case, but want to restrict address book download. I need to have a track on user level data export to excel.

  19. Notes under Custom Tab do not have option to show all notes

    Under Notes there is an option to tick SHOW ALL notes - this feature is missing in Notes under CUSTOM TAB

  20. sub-opportunities

    In many industries you may have different options within a larger contract. Let's think about a Home repair where you may want to offer a singe customer in a single proposal:

    1) Bathroom Remodel
    2) Kitchen Remodel
    3) Resurfacing floors
    4) HVAC Upgrades

    It would be nice to be able to group these 4 opportunities under a top level Opportunity. This could allow you to view summary amounts for the top level opportunity, but also enter predictions for close dates on various sub opportunities within a proposal.
