    Maximizer is not interested in resolving this issue. I talked with them for years about it and here we are with no solution. Being able to dial directly from the CRM saves a lot of time and the compounding effect would be tremendous.

    I would love to have this feature added to the software, because it does increase productivity and saves valuable resources.

    we use to be able to use our dialer until we upgraded to Max 12 that was a while ago and to date I have not been able to use it.
    I am currently working with our phone provider to see if we can come up with some sort of work around.
