I use Avery label #5164 - I want to set preferences to use Middle Thick paper - Maximizer doesn't allow me to do this.
Could you set up Maximizer so that different thickness of paper can be used.

Would be nice if you can have a voice over text feature on the desk top version. It would be nice when typing emails etc.

Feature Request:Ability to expand the viewing screen for the Key Fields to allow User to view entire field name as in Desktop app.
Currently in the desktop application the user has the ability to expand the viewing screen for Key Fields in order to see the entire field name. This option is not available in the WebAccess app.

allow me access to the functions I used to have with older versions, you have hidden the "retrieve list" function so i cannot find it without paying for support.

I would like to be able to move the System Information window and set it to open by default

Have the phone number in a edit box that can a user can “Copy and Paste” it into a Dialer.
For my sales calls, I want to use the Google dialer but there is no easy way to copy and paste the phone number into the dialer. Can you provide me an easy way to copy the phone number of a specific contact in Maximizer?

Open opportunity in opportunity window from address book tab
When viewing opportunities in the address book, there should be an option to go to the selected opportunity in the opportunity window and not just open the opportunity.

Saving notes
It would be really great if the Save button for inputing notes and other data could be on the right side of the dialogue.
Where it is now is inconvenient as the cancel button is where the save button typically is.

When sending emails from customer service save email to customer service documents only
When sending emails from customer service save email to customer service documents only. At the moment it saves in both general documents and customer service documents
1 voteThe behavior has been changed. Now emails are treated as interactions. When the email is sent from a case, it will be saved to the Address Book entry and displayed in Interactions tab in Address Book entry and in Case.
