Colouring rules for UDF's
It would be great if we could add colour to a UDF output.
I have an IF formula that mathmatically checks 2 numeric UDF's to ensure that they have the same value and outputs "PASS" or "FAIL" depending on result.
I would like to be able to colour the "FAIL" red so that it stands out in the KEY Field allowing my team spot the "FAIL" more easily.

Note Search and/or Documents Search to be able to include only emails with attachments
From a client : It is sometimes important for us to be able to quickly see what has been sent to a particular person for the purposes of due diligence in negotiations.
This could be achieved by running a report that listed all of the attachments which were sent to a particular person. I know we are able to individually go through the documents tab in max and obtain the attachments from there (which is what I did this time) but if there were hundreds of emails this would prove to be a bit time consuming.

accessibility issue - sending emails with outlook needs visual/keyboard clues
At times users need to drive things with the keyword, or a keyword proxy that they can drive with voice recognition like Dragon NaturallySpeaking.
The dialogue that pops up when sending an email is problematic. I have no visual clue as to which option is selected by default, and no way to select between them using the keyboard. I would expect the default option to be highlighted somehow, and if I were to use the up and down arrows that the selected option would change.

More ways to contact clients - telegram, whatsapp, etc.
For each phone number, i can configure a number of services - phone, telegram chat, telegram call, whatsapp call, etc.
System wide, i select which services we use with clients, and an associated icon and URL scheme. You would prepolulate with telegram, whats app, skype, the rest are up to us.
On the contact details tab, instead of just a phone icon, which uses the tel: URL shcheme, there are also iconds for skype, telegram, whatever else I set up.
Further, for services not using phone numbers for addressing, they can be listed as "Communications" rather than "PHone" but show…

Default entry management in web access
In the new web access default entry management under settings there are two problems:
There is no way to access a users default note or default document for any module. This is also removed from win access on on-premise admin.
In MaxLive we are not able to global edit default entries, which works on on-premise.

Include attachments with email templates
How amazing it would be to be able to create email templates that include file attachments.
To be able to eliminate the tedious navigation for files that are sent out regularly would make life so much simpler.

Leads - Catalogue Search and Dashboards
Please can you provide advanced search capability in the Leads module, similar to the address book, that will also allow catalogued searches that can be used in Dashboards. Having a leads module is great, but typically management wants to see an overview of the leads that can sometimes be easily accomplished in the dashboards.

Lead Conversion - Notes and Docs
Currently when a lead is converted, the notes and documents from that lead are copied to the address book. When an opportunity is created though, it would be easier if the users could see the notes and docs in the opportunities module rather than address book. To that end, it would be good if the user had the choice to have the notes and documents copied to the opportunity when a lead is converted rather than just the address book. This could be via a tick box.

Standard procedures.
Address book entry can just be the start of a procedure to add a new customer. There might be visits to arrange, emails to be sent, opportunity's to create, letters to be mailed etc.
All of which could appear on a check list to ensure fullness of data.
Some tasks may need to be carried out later than the initial entry, But NOT time and date stamped to reflect the reality of administration.
A pull down list of customisable "Active procedures" would enable anyone to cover in a colleague's absence and ensure that correct company procedure was followed.

Make the Leads section useful.
While I like Maximizer to a great extent, but the “Leads” section is awful with it leaning heavily to being borderline useless (to put it politely). There is no description field so you cannot list what the heck you are chasing (much less give you team a clue as to why the heck it is even on there) and there is no way to attach a email/document to the lead and/or add a note.
Also, 90% of our leads come from a contact our address book and I find it odd that you can assign an Opportunity to a contact…

mandatory fields - Opportunity Stage
The Stage field is missing as a value to include in conditional mandatory fields.
Having other User Defined Fields based on what Stage an Opportunity is at really makes logical sense, so as something progresses and a user moves the opportunity along we want to collect different information e.g. Stage = Quote THEN UDF Quote Number & Quote Sent Date become mandatory. Is there any way this can be introduced as a field to select from, has been requested a few times from our user base across different business types. Thanks6 votes -
