UDF for Leads records in the new Leads Module
The new Leads Management Module is a big step forward ! Maximizer becomes modern and intuitive for users !
To have more flexibility, we should be able to create UDF on Leads and map these fields to UDF on Contacts/Companies/Opportunities.79 votes -
Edit Quick Access Icons
My quick access icons were already set up for me from my administrator. The problem is they are all the same clock icon. It would be amazing if there was an ability to go back and change these up so I could fully utilize quick access at it's best.

Azure Active Directory
It would be fantastic if we could integrate SSO with Azure AD. It allows us to expand SSO without poking holes in our firewall as well allows us to continue putting in applications already used with Azure AD SSO. This is something we use for Adobe products, etc. already.

Custom note filter for existing list
We would like to see a custom note filter (like the one that existed in the Windows product) which makes it possible for a user to search notes by text and date range for an existing list in the address book window.

TLS 1.2 Support
We just installed Maximizer 2018 R2 and found that we had to enable TLS 1.0 to get it working. TLS 1.0 is no longer secure and our security team is advising against us using Maximizer. Please add support for TLS 1.2 throughout the entire application.
This includes ww2.maximizer.com which is currently blocked by our security team because its TLS/SSL support is so bad. See this link for details:

Full Access & Read Access Fields no longer available in the Global Edit function
I use the Full Access field to designate Archived records or when transferring records from one user to another. Archived fields are updated on a weekly basis and I used to use the Global Edit function to batch edit these records.
As an example, today I have 45 records to archive and now have to change the Full Access field manually in each individual record - what a waste of time.Please reinstate these fields to being available in the Global Edit function as a matter of urgency.
3 votesfull and read access is available in the global edit. if for whatever reason you are able to the ‘security’ folder in the udf picker, please call support and they can help you out with another option

Prevent opportunities from being saved with no process set
Right now (in CRM Live) if there are multiple sales processes defined you can open an opportunity, set or leave the process field to blank, and save the opportunity. This results in an opp with no process or stage set.
For clients where opps are created via the API, they are ALL coming in without process (because processes/stages can't be set via api) so it's messing with their reporting.

Read and Full Access not available for Global Edit 2018
As in the title stated, the Full and Read access of the records are not available in the new Global Edit option in 2018. (These fields can only be edited through the windows application on the server) Please add these fields.

Create missing table items - import option
May we have an option in the File Import (XLS etc) that table items that are in the import data but missing from the setup are created in the setup automatically by the import. In Maximizer CRM 2018 the import fails if table items that are in the import data are missing from the setup.

Notification Manager: Send emails instead of toaster notification
Great tool, the notification manager, as soon as it works. I would like to see the notifications triggered by the notification Manager being e-mail notifications in stead of toasters. I would like to see an additional option on the creation of the trigger for this.

Single Signon - Intergration with Active Directory
Single Sign using users own Active Directory. This solves many things; it will save MAX support hr. It will make for a better End user Experience. It will also allow for better security.

My day starts at 9 and ends at 5 - I would like the calander to show this as a default!! I have to scroll down every time!
It is a simple thing, but having to do it many times in a day, I would like to be able to set my calendar to show my work hours...Tried to make it register and use as default on a number of occasions without success....
2 votesThe user can set up working hours. In Calendar, it will automatically scroll to the work hours in Weekly and Daily views.

Introduce HotKeys to the Webaccess
We would like to see that HotKeys are available in the Webaccess. E.g. the Hotkey to make a phonecall to the selected contact: <F7> as it is in the Windows application of Maximizer.

Have no limits for number of characters in notes. I had no limit on version 11 and have switched to crm live. It creates major problems 4me

Fixed position Save button!!!
Please anchor the save button when editing a record. It is very irritating to have to scroll up and click save when you have made a change near the bottom of the edit window. At the very least you could have the button float.

Show address book history under an opportunity record
From web access I would like to be able to see my address book history while viewing an opportunity. This could be additional filter options in the history tab itself or a separate address book history tab that follows the opportunity. The windows client presented three tabs and facilitated seeing the address book notes while you were on an opportunity. From web access we have more navigation to do the same thing.

Have max send out a confirmation email to a client to confirm their appointment 1-2 days prior.

Custom Appointment Email Reminder Notification
It would be great to be able to customize an entire HTML document to amend to the body of Appointment Email Reminder Notifications, so that we can customize the look of the reminder email to keep consistent with our Corporate Identity Guidelines.
