Email logging security
Currently when you modify the full/read access when saving an email from the Maximizer Outlook toolbar it still logs the note by default as public. I suggest that this be modified to honor the full/read access selected when saving the email document in order to maintain security standards.
3 votesIn 2022 R1 release, emails will be treated as interactions. You can set Full and Read access when saving emails from Outlook add-in.

Have the ability to use the email address as the username.

TLS 1.2 Support
We just installed Maximizer 2018 R2 and found that we had to enable TLS 1.0 to get it working. TLS 1.0 is no longer secure and our security team is advising against us using Maximizer. Please add support for TLS 1.2 throughout the entire application.
This includes ww2.maximizer.com which is currently blocked by our security team because its TLS/SSL support is so bad. See this link for details:

Azure Active Directory
It would be fantastic if we could integrate SSO with Azure AD. It allows us to expand SSO without poking holes in our firewall as well allows us to continue putting in applications already used with Azure AD SSO. This is something we use for Adobe products, etc. already.

Prevent opportunities from being saved with no process set
Right now (in CRM Live) if there are multiple sales processes defined you can open an opportunity, set or leave the process field to blank, and save the opportunity. This results in an opp with no process or stage set.
For clients where opps are created via the API, they are ALL coming in without process (because processes/stages can't be set via api) so it's messing with their reporting.

Create missing table items - import option
May we have an option in the File Import (XLS etc) that table items that are in the import data but missing from the setup are created in the setup automatically by the import. In Maximizer CRM 2018 the import fails if table items that are in the import data are missing from the setup.

Introduce HotKeys to the Webaccess
We would like to see that HotKeys are available in the Webaccess. E.g. the Hotkey to make a phonecall to the selected contact: <F7> as it is in the Windows application of Maximizer.

Notification Manager: Send emails instead of toaster notification
Great tool, the notification manager, as soon as it works. I would like to see the notifications triggered by the notification Manager being e-mail notifications in stead of toasters. I would like to see an additional option on the creation of the trigger for this.

Have no limits for number of characters in notes. I had no limit on version 11 and have switched to crm live. It creates major problems 4me

Single Signon - Intergration with Active Directory
Single Sign using users own Active Directory. This solves many things; it will save MAX support hr. It will make for a better End user Experience. It will also allow for better security.

Show address book history under an opportunity record
From web access I would like to be able to see my address book history while viewing an opportunity. This could be additional filter options in the history tab itself or a separate address book history tab that follows the opportunity. The windows client presented three tabs and facilitated seeing the address book notes while you were on an opportunity. From web access we have more navigation to do the same thing.

Allow ability to modify or customize the customer service emails, allow different subject, fields and notes included in the body of email.

My day starts at 9 and ends at 5 - I would like the calander to show this as a default!! I have to scroll down every time!
It is a simple thing, but having to do it many times in a day, I would like to be able to set my calendar to show my work hours...Tried to make it register and use as default on a number of occasions without success....
2 votesThe user can set up working hours. In Calendar, it will automatically scroll to the work hours in Weekly and Daily views.

Fixed position Save button!!!
Please anchor the save button when editing a record. It is very irritating to have to scroll up and click save when you have made a change near the bottom of the edit window. At the very least you could have the button float.

It would be great to be able to customize an entire HTML document to amend to the body of Appointment Email Reminder Notifications, so that we can customize the look of the reminder email to keep consistent with our Corporate Identity Guidelines.

When we drill down from the Dashboard the Column Setup associated with the search catalog for this Dashboard indicator should be displayed
The dashboard indicator is assiciated with the search catalog
and the search catalog has option to assiciate the column setup with it
when we use this catalog the column setup changes automatically if associated column setup is defined.BUT from dashboard when we drill down the same thing does not happen.
it would be highly useful because there are plenty of User Defined Fields and when we drill down we actually want to see the data that gives insight of this performance indicator.
and we cant tell the decission makers to remember and change perticular column setup.

Ability to Snooze/Complete all Alarms
Would like the ability to snooze or complete all alarms. Currently you have to select each one individually but there is no way to select all or multiple alarms.

Provide a Details tab for Customer Service view
To create a Details tab in the Customer Service view so that you can see an overview of the customer service case. This is already available for Address Book and Opportunities where the details tab is a really useful feature.
The details tab should contain an overview of the contact, the type and description of the case and the current status, along with the ability to use Key fields to customise the view

Reminder email to clients a few days before a client meeting
Have Maximizer send out an automated email reminder (1,2 or 3 days - or a selection of time) prior to a client meeting already scheduled in maximize schedule.
