automate reminder emails
Automate emails to individuals (not lists).based on their individual activity date. (multiple emails over time leading up to their activity date) Pick the template and schedule the send.
What is not productive is taking the time to schedule an activity for a human to physically come back at a later date for the human do the email. Thanks for all you do at mazimizer.

When sending an email to a list, a feature that detects when multiple recipients have the same email address, and option to save preferences
When sending an email to a list, particularly with Households, sometimes by request, multiple recipients will share an email address, so then they get 5 of the same email. It would be great to be able to detect when multiple records in a list have the same email address, then option and catalog those preferences.
This would allow households to receive the email only once.

Conditional merge fields in email/word merge processor
Allow IF...THEN.. ELSE conditional block structures within the content of merged messages. This would allow existing field data to be assessed as each merge content is generated and then only display the given block of content if that condition is true/false.
eg: {IF [Title] = NULL THEN "Dear [First Name] ELSE "Dear [Title] [Last Name]" }

Ability to add fellow Maximizer users to an email being sent to a client
When sending emails to clients through Maximizer, there is no functionality to include a fellow user as recipient. You have to remember and then type the full email address. There is no way to search for users and add them as CC or BCC.
Please add this so we can work easier as a team.

Autosignature handling
Using autosignatures is great, enabling you to share email templates for consistency in appearance from all users, EXCEPT for 1 thing. When you choose to change to a template that is not set as your default, it replaces the default message template with the new one, BUT DOES NOT reattach the autosignature. The end rersult is that you have to have multiple personalised templates for everything else other than the default standard template - the same issue you have if not using autosignatures - very stupid & frustrating!

The option to CC and BCC on mass emails (that are sent out separately) would be awesome!
When sending out a mass email, separately so each individual gets their own, there is no way to cc or bcc anyone. It would be great if this feature were possible - so the contact that is cc'd can be copied on all the emails that were sent out separately and be able to keep up with those clients.

Save and track global edit
I would like to be able to globally allow e-mails to be saved into Maximizer by having a new menu to allow all e-mails to be automatically saved under whether you decide to save them per contact or household level.
Currently saving each and every incoming and outgoing client e-mail for each user via "save and track" is much too time consuming. We need a way to globally edit it.

Attachments
It would be helpful when sending an email, if we could view the attachments in the attachment line prior to sending it. Simply for added security that the right attachment was captured.

Email logging details
Currently, by default, emails sent from a Maximizer service case or opportunity are automatically saved to the respective case or opportunity as well as the contacts documents linked to the record. This is doubling the amount of data stored in the database. There is an option in the email Logging Details...to modify this but only for that specific email. By default, the next email sent from the record will revert back to the default logging to the contacts documents. I suggest that the logging selection remain as selected for the type of record until it is changed. This would function…

'Logged into the server successfully...' error
The following error has occurred previously when using the Outlook integration:
'Logged into the server successfully, but there was an unknown error processing this request.'
This error has come up on a least a couple of occasions - saving email to Maximizer, or when just accessing Preferences - but it doesn't make it clear what the problem may be.
Could the error handling be adjusted in a future update to eliminate this sort of error?

Disable multiple attachments when saving email
There is an option to include attachments when saving emails from Outlook to Maximizer but this is only available when saving 1 email at a time. When selecting multiple emails the feature is disabled. I suggest making it available for single or multi email selections.

Allow Adding an Individual to a Template Campaign when in Address Book Tab
Hi Maximizer,
I think it is rather cumbersome if you are in an invididual record (address book tab) and you have to click on Email Campaign just to enter someone into an Email Campaign Template. In some of the older versions of maximizer you were able to enter someone in though pushing a button in address book and selecting the individual.
This was much more convienent.

When making list to mass email through Maximizer- to pull all emails (multiple emails) if profile has them. We often make profiles for couples and they both would like to receive our emails.

increase the email save with attachments to greater than 10 mb
Please increase the email save with attachments to greater than 10 mb. It should at least be as much as the document download limit of 50 mb.

Indicate inbound/outbound emails in Interactions
Right now in Interactions, you can differentiate between inbound and outbound calls. Please incorporate a feature to differentiate between inbound and outbound emails.
