Email logging details
Currently, by default, emails sent from a Maximizer service case or opportunity are automatically saved to the respective case or opportunity as well as the contacts documents linked to the record. This is doubling the amount of data stored in the database. There is an option in the email Logging Details...to modify this but only for that specific email. By default, the next email sent from the record will revert back to the default logging to the contacts documents. I suggest that the logging selection remain as selected for the type of record until it is changed. This would function similar to the Logging>Save copy to entry's documents. It stays selected or deselected based on the last action.
