  1. allow connection to okta for single sign on

    We use Okta authentication for single sign on to all of our applications. This gives us control over MFA and password expirations across all applications. But Maximizer in the cloud does not integrate with Okta. It would be greatly beneficial if it did.

  2. IDP-initiated login flow for SSO

    Right now, with Maximizer 2021 R2, you have integration with any IDP (Azure, etc.) using SP-initiated login. Please improve this integration by including IDP-initiated login.

  3. Automatic User Provisioning/Deprovisioning with SAML2 SSO

    When a user is added to Maximizer from the IDP's side, it will automatically create the user account in Maximizer and disable the account if the user is removed from the IDP.

  4. Indicate inbound/outbound emails in Interactions

    Right now in Interactions, you can differentiate between inbound and outbound calls. Please incorporate a feature to differentiate between inbound and outbound emails.

  5. Resource type in outlook plugin

    1. Outlook plugin should have option to capture resource and tag Customer.
    2. Activity report in dashboard.
