  1. If we could save excel files to Maximizer the way we are able to save word documents.

    I open between 6 and 10 excel files each week. Make small changes then the process, <save to desktop> <open address book entry> <drag into documents> <save> <then back to desktop to delete the file>. Yet with word we can just save the word document to the address book entry, one step instead of five.

  3. Resolve this conflict

    Provide more context around the Scheduling option Resolve this Conflict so that the user can make a more informed decision about how they want to proceed with scheduling around the conflict ie: provide a summary of the scheduled appointments already on the Scheduling popup window

  4. Web Access Template Library - Upload HTML Directly

    The Telerik RadEditor control leaves a lot to be desired for editing Case Notification templates. It reformats HTML in some undesirable ways. In the legacy Windows Access Administrator, Case Notification templates could be imported directly from pre-existing HTML files, but this feature is not available in the Web Access Template Library. The Web Access Template Library needs to be extended to allow pre-created HTML content to be uploaded without needing to use the Telerik RadEditor control.

  5. Active Users

    The Desktop version used to offer a way to see if there were users currently logged into Maximizer. This was done in the Administrator Tool.

    The new web version does not appear to have that ability. This ability is helpful if a system reboot or website restart is needed.

  6. Date entry

    In the old windows client a user could enter any date field and use key controls to move the data. Up and down arrows moved it a day, page up and page down moved it a month or something along those lines. In pick lists it would help to have the current time be a starting point - currently it begins at midnight.

    Furthermore, any reasonable date format would be acceptable. Feb 1 was just as good as 2/1/2020 or 2/1. (This has improved recently but there are still some conditions that are not as flexible as they had been.)

  7. Transfer notes and cases

    When deleting a user in the Administrator you are presented with a prompt to "Transfer Notes to Another User". I don't see anything in the Help or User Guide that provides details about this prompt. I suggest that the prompt advise that you are transferring private notes. It currently implies that all notes will be transferred. Similar suggestion for the case transfer prompt.

  8. Integrtaion with Slack or an allowance for a insystem chat app

    SalesForce has a product called Chatter
    Slack allows for this type of integration.
    So either allow integration on Live & legacy OR create an insystem chat app?

  10. Email follow up task

    In my experience with emails we tend to send and wait...assuming that the recipient will return the email or follow up in a timely manner. Right now I send an email from Outlook or Maximizer and then create a task in the future as a reminder that the email was sent on a specific date and I am expecting a response. It would be helpful that I am prompted to create a task after I send/reply to an email from Maximizer or Outlook. The task would be applied to the record for which it was originated ie: address book, opportunity,…

  14. Wordpress Users (or Gravity Forms entries) to Maximizer

    Zapier is excellent to connect these things up but there is only an option for Maximizer (Canada). I need to connect my Wordpress forms or users to Maximizer. Is there a solution that I'm missing?

  16. Combine Address Book, User-defined fields, Notes, Documents, Contacts, Hotlist, and e-mail in one view.

    The desktop version of Maximizer enabled the user to view 'tiles' of the Company/Individual/Contact record in the Address Book with User-defined fields, (other) Contacts, Notes, Documents, Hotlist, and an Outlook display -- all in one view, without switching screens.

    As you know, the Maximizer LIVE screen enables the user to see the Address Book data and User-defined fields, and EITHER the (other) Contacts, or Notes, or Documents, or Hotlist, with no view of e-mail.

    I've gotten used to this limitation, but I would be able to work much faster if the lag-time between switching screens between Contacts, Notes, Documents, Hotlist,…

    Business Card Scan - CamCard or ScanBizCards Apps upload to Maximizer CRM Live
    Currently there are iPhone/Android Apps to scan business cards which can import directly to iPhone Contacts and SalesForce CRM. It would be nice if these apps could work with Maximizer CRM Live. The option should exist to add the card info as a "Lead" (for a brand new lead) or add the contact info to an existing Address Book Entry (company), as a new Contact for that specified Company. This would help eliminate a great deal of data entry work, on an ongoing basis.

  19. Allow Birthdate Field Mapping For Outlook Contact Sync

    Similar to the previous idea of being able to customize the mapping for address fields when syncing between Maximizer and Outlook, it would be ideal if we could also have the Birthdate field sync with contact records in Outlook so that we do not have to rely on creating recurring hotlist tasks in Maximizer for Birthdate reminders.

  20. VOIP integration with ring central

    there used to be the ability to have incoming calls pull up the Max customer or t omake phone calls and log them using Max.

    Would be nice to have that feature
