    95% of our interactions are emails and tasks - when these were filed under the Documents tab, we could select multiple entries and delete in one go. Now it is frustrating as I have to do them one record at a time - we have email records going back for over a decade so the option to select multiple records would be a great option for me and I guess for many others.
